Purchased a fully automatic washing machine of LLyod brand 2/3 days back. There was no warranty card and user manual in the packaging. Scratch gift card as per the Dipawali offer is also not there.

I have purchased 43 inch Led from this place and after 7 months or less I don't know there were black black dots that could be seen on the screen or they are called dead pixels. I don't know now what is the solution for that. Anyone who know about this pls help me out. I purchased it on 15 Nov 2020

Had a good experience. They provide EMi system which is very convenient for service class people who can't pay whole amount at once and staff is excellent. Follow up for product is done in a proper manner.

Worst service ever seen. At the time of purchase every try to make deal but after once sale done no body their for listining about your complaints. Try to call them from last 4 days but not found any response. Plz don't buy anything from them.

This Store has a good deputation in Kalkaji area. People tend to buy for a competitive and all over rate here. The products are of high quality on display. Very bad place to shop. Highest rate in market. There will be an old guy who will say that he was wrestler coach and 40 years old shop and rubbish all. Only money minded people and egoistic people. ThrT don't know to respect people.
