Approaching to platform area is very dirty and congested and it tooks time to reach platform very lengthy passage.

Very much useful and convenient for the people of local and nearby areas to visit here and take their own berth for traveling through train and reach their destination comfortably and conveniently.

Escalators available to go up. Parking is availble. Auto and car stand near to station. But no hotels are available in walking distance. Waiting rooms are available ac and nonac with free of charge. Paid and unpaid toilets are also available. Food courts are available.

Crowded place, elevators are not working, full of pocket pickers and snatchers and the railway station is dirty as hell.

Anand vihar Terminal is a busy railway station here most of the train comes from bihar, jharkhand, bangal and little bit from another also, the station is very clean and very easy to catch train on station and on this station have 7 platform

This station is very beautiful and also very comfortable with all of the activities. And also it is very near to the metro station

Platforms directions sign boards are so confusing. Inquiry counters are not easily accessible if someone comes by metro side. Easily walkable for physically challenged people too. Clean and hygienic. Lines are often made when it become crowded.

Nicely maintained station. Most of the amenities are present for the passengers. Loved it here.

Very bad experience when train comes there is no information giving about coach no. Position.
Noe even a announcement system works looks like sound system is from 70's.

Many of the good things and many of adverse effects of services. Facilities lost by Railways and Fare increased.

This station doesn't even have the basic washroom facility. I really dont know what they were thinking while designing the layout and who approved for this.

Good staff in the enquiry area.staff supporting battery car also provides in 50 rs per person. 150 rs full car.

VERY GOOD PLATFORMS, Underpass and escalator. Convienien and clean taxi stand. However, post paid tax still need regulation for fair!

Overall its built beautifully with all sorts of facilities, however platform tickets are higher than expected.

One of the important station of Delhi. Wellconected by road, metro and Air. Nearest bus depot is ISBT Anand vihar which is 1 km away from station. Metro station is only ½ km away. Nearest airport is IGI airport Delhi. Ola uber and taxi are available 24x7. Trains for all over India available from here. Clean station. Not that much crowded.

Best Neat and clean Railway Station with Good Facilities.not too much crowded. General facilities available. Subway connection between platforms is good. Only getting the taxi and cab you might need to struggle at fair rates. If you are planning to visit Delhi and not getting confirmed eeservations for NDLS or DLI, you can try ANVT station as hardly 30-40 min drive will make you reach Central Delhi.

Many trains have started here for Bihar, Jharkhand, UP etc. Clock room available and battery rickshaw available for old age in platform its chargeable. Parking available inside the premises. Food court is available. This station connected by inter state bus dipo. And also connected metro. All types of Goods parcel are booking available.there is restaurant available for food.

Very clean and less crowdy because traffic of trains to this station is very less. Mostly trains from bihar comes here and few from other states.

This railway station is very busy. If you want to go to Bihar, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and many other destinations definitely direct train available from this terminal.

As it is in the capital. They dont have greater facility as they are not having any charging slots in platforms, even in the restroom, their shops dont accept paytm.

Comparing to other stations, this is an example of cleanness. They made it more beautiful with flowering, fountain etc. The best part is that the staff is taking a very good care of what the have.i loved it in my first visit. The standard is maintained in waiting rooms also.

There are cops also, who will always be near to you and not find in a particular place. They are always on their duties.

2. It has been constructed in a very systematic manner for the ease of passengers.
3. Total of 7 platforms exists which are again very systematic
4. There are adequate eating joints for the passengers
5. There are two huge waiting rooms for the passengers
6. Dormitories also exists for people wanting to stay long.
7. It generally connects trains to eastern UP and Bihar

To enhance the use of solar power under National Solar Mission to generate electricity on its own; Vivaan Solar, a company from Gwalior was chosen to install 1.1 MW of rooftop solar project at the railway station in 2016. The rooftop solar power project under Public Private Partnership will be executed under design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) format. The company will also be responsible for maintaining the plant for the next 25 years. There is also a foot-over bridge for pedestrians which connects the railway station to the Delhi metro station at Anand Vihar.

Beautiful, clean and respected railway station of Delhi. Most trains are moving north.bus stand and metro are 100 miter. Food court is also available and there is a separate AC waiting area for women, men.but his washroom doesn't clean.

Very big and busy station. Good infrastructure. Snacks are easily available. The interior walls are personifying the cultural diversity of india. Luggers are easily available. Taxi's or other means of transport are easily available for the visitors.

Very Clean, And less crowdy place, Esclators and lifts are available, If you are going to compare it with new delhi or old Delhi, Anand Vihar id much better it terms of facility, and comfort, and most important, It is less crowdy.

Good station. Very large space. But the bad thing is that no shop at the platform. You can't buy anything. You wana buy even tea biscuits any thing cover large distance. Even you will not get the thela chai out side the station too.

Cleaness of road which connect station to highway is so bad, thieves are always finding their goals on the entry gare so be carefue towards your luggage

Traffic Managament not very good here. The building and platforms look good as they are new but maintenance is not up to the mark and in few years this station shall look like old Delhi - dirty filthy and annoying to go. More appropriate direction boards needed for seamless travel of passengers inside the terminal

One of the best Railway terminal which rapidly made high standard in maintaining cleaniess environment and good connectivity to the city. Its less crowded and easy accessible as compared to other railway station of Delhi/NCR.

️Directly connected to delhi metro you just need to exit "ANVT TERMINAL EXIT METRO GATE" then you will see direct bridge connected to AVNT Terminal now just walk 250 mtrs thn you will reach to ANAND VIHAR TERMINAL.

️ If you are coming for ANAND VIHAR ISBT (BUS ADDA) then you need to exit from different gate from metro station and you will see other side of metro is "ANAND VIHAR BUS ADDA".

️ Anand vihar railway station. Reaching is very easy. You can go by bus, metro, and auto. Here you get almost all metro city connected train.

️ There is ample parking space for all visitors. All locations are well marked with ample directions.

️ The entry to platforms is not through a standard overhead bridge. There is an underpass, with entry & exits. What was heartening to note was that each platform had a ramp for entry/ exit in addition to staircase. No problem of lifting luggage on stairs. The platforms has little lack of sitting space else everything is fine. Boards indicating train and bogie number were working and correct.

️ All escalaters are working perfectly. 100% security staff are too helpful and polite. This railway station has less number of train board as compared to other railway station of delhi.

️ A well organized Auto and Taxi stand. A Metro station is just 250m away for better transportation. Also ISBT is there for local and interstate travelling. Overall very pleased with the standard, this Railway terminal is maintaining.

Its very good place.very clean as compared to the other railway stations.their is less public as compared to the other Delhi railway station like New Delhi railway stations & old Delhi railway station. Here almost all train which starts from here is on time (except some train). It is my experience

Anand Vihar railway station is very nice. It's too clean and less crowded compare to other Delhi railway station. Reaching is also easy. You can go by bus, metro, and auto. Here you get almost all metro city connected train. Staff behaviour is also good. You feel nice.

Less rush, co-operative staff, neat and clean station of northern railway, nearest to anand vihar metro station (blue line) going towards vaishali, nearby anand vihar bus station. Transportation facilities like ola, uber reserved taxies are easily available 24 hrs, on station.
