Pl do not book this place.
The rooms are dirty, water problem, toilet faucet not working, smelly, staff keeps on changing.

Great stay and supportive staff. Food is delicious. Completely safe and hygienic. Definitely recommend

Absolute worst place. Don’t recommend it at all. Very uncooperative! Extremely bad behaviour by staff. Also unsafe, especially for women.
Please do not stay here!

The place was very friendly for shorter and longer stays. The hotel caretaker is very friendly and stay feels like home.

Is it a hotel or a hostel, home or PG? There are rules and regulations like a hostel. Outside food is not allowed! What? And over that if they caught you they will charge, drinks are not allowed. Now in which damn hotel drinks are not allowed? And their water tank gets empty every now and then, they make you pay before check-in even if you booked it online and you want to pay online, you are not allowed. They want cash instead, what? Their intercom telephone stops working suddenly. And there is list of rules pasted behind the door which I forgot to take a pic, Believe me for a hotel accommodation those rules are useless, silly and makes it more a hostel not a hotel. Even the location I found is not good. Oh yes one more their room service is also limited from 7.30 to 11. Hahahaha so if you want to have a early morning tea or any room service they won't be available, are they serious. One of the worst oyo/hotel I booked in my life. Don't get fool by there photoshopped pics of their hotel room and other things. Not well maintained, towel was dirty and old. They even have rooms with no windows i wonder do they are have windows in their other rooms or not.

We came here for marriage beautiful ambience you will get all unique items I like the terrace garden neet & clean rooms over all good experience will visit again.

Worst costumer service from front desk officer (Aachal). Other staff and room was good. But, she was so rude. I booked from oyo for 9 people for 5 days but she asked extra money Rs 250 each for each day, saying we are foreigner and they have to give our id report to delhi police, later we had words with OYO (Navneet brother). We had to go through lot.later Navneet managed.
And, on last day while we were about to check out she asked for our phone, some gave to her.later she was giving review for this hotel by herself thru our phone.

Few points about the Anantkoti hotel.
1. The location is quite good. We'll connected by bus, metro, cab. We can depart the metro at chhatarpur Station and then from their hire the taxi, cab or shared auto. Just around 1-2 km from metro station. The bus stand is near the hotel.
2.well maintained and clean rooms.
3. Not much crowded place.
4.can easily eat street foods as well as in resto as their are many good restaurants and eateries near the hotel.
5.value for money.

The receptionist was very rude.and was very hurry to check us out after we did our payment although nice breakfast and nice garden with swing.

It's a good hotel but the only issue that I had is that they didn't give me water for drinking themselves. I had to call the reception and had to tell them to give me drinking water. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

Nice plce to dtay. Staff is cordial and most special service is deluciode food. Dont forget ordering south indian food.
