And Hygienic too.

Ones receive full payment they don't care about any service. Air conditioner is worse when hall is full as per capacity. When complaint they hide behinde ther bouncers.

Horrible experience at this venue and will not suggest this place to anyone else. We had arranged for my brother's engagement ceremony at this venue in the month of April 2022. Coordination at the venue was in utter shambles on the day of the event. Frequent power cuts and lack of back-up plan plagued the event. ACs were off and it was stuffy and hot inside the hall that our guests started complaining about it. We told the manager to resolve this issue but he had no answer for it. Food portions served were also less than what was told. Staff also had no decency to behave with females
Overall we felt we have been duped by the management. They will promise you a dreamland but you'll only get a gutter tour in reality. Do not waste your time by booking this place.

Extremely bad experience
Light went out mid function couple of times
AC wasn't effective at all, people were sweating and it got really exhausting
The staff wasn't responsive or accountable
The decor wasn't what was promised and wasn't done till the last minute l, arrangements were being made in the middle of the function.
The quantity of the food served was so less that it ran out a couple of times in between
All in all, I wouldn't recommend you to conduct a wedding fun tion here! It's a big risk for your big day

I am the host for the event and I am sharing my horrible experience with you all. The worst place to conduct your function.
Electricity keeps on shutting off between the function and hall goes dark.
Imagine electricity going off again and again during your function that you do maybe for the first time and AC not working properly and preparations not done on time and slow food service by waiters and less quantities served.

Problems we faced-
1. They keep on changing the per plate cost.
2. We did our engagement ceremony there on 17th April and had the worst experience.
3. The electricity went off like 6 times, the entire hall was dark and so much of embarrassment in front of the guests as the electricity kept on switching off.
4. It was on ground floor and the ACs were not running and electricity was shutting off again and again
5. Service was slow.
6. Snacks were brought in less quantity.
7. The management took the entire money and had no response when ACs were not functioning properly.
8. Arrangements like decoration and all were not done properly and not on time.
9. Bathroom is small and smelly.
10. All are cheaters, government said to stop doing any functions coz of covid and we requested for date shift, they were not agreeing at start, somehow we convinced them then start pressuring us to change our date again.
11. All are manipulators, we wish we could have chosen someone else but not them.

We booked this banquet hall for engagement ceremony. The hall was good enough for 150 people. The food was good and staff was also helpful.
The only thing I don't like is that the waiters and other workers asked for extra tip. After giving some amount they were still asking for more.

When it comes to a once in a lifetime event, we want a perfect event! But unfortunately, that wasn't the case with our brother's function.

What should've been a celebration turned out to be a hunt for our phones to turn on our flash lights and create makeshift fans.

The venue is really spectacular in terms of lights and ambience but if there isn't a proper ops plan in place with a power back up, you sir are not doing justice to the momentous occasion we had planned at your Venue.

I give it 2 stars for it's quality of food and maybe the beautiful ambience it has.

Noone wants a sweaty, stuffy experience on a special occasion.

Consider this as feedback to ensure some else's program is taken care of better.

Very disappointed with andaaz banquet. Frequent electricity cut and a/c do not work at all. Even after regular complaints no solution for the same is done. Coordination between the staff is off too. Very disappointed with them.

We had an awful experience for my kid’s birthday party on 2nd floor. Screen wasn’t working, lifts stopped working and guests had to wait for 15-20 mins on the ground floor. They had promised a room along with the booking but failed to provide one on the event night. Parking was highly mismanaged. DJ escaped in the middle of the party. They didn’t have separate dinner plates for kids. Staff was very reluctant in switching on lights and we had to call the owner for this as the guests had started arriving. I wouldn’t recommend this venue at all!

Amazing decor, the food you can die for, and the amazing service. It's all worth. They helped me to make my day special and I wish them all the best for their future projects.

Lovely place for various functions in delhi. Right opposite to Kirti Nagar metro station quick access and spacious front parking. Truly amazing service by Andaaz Banquets

Very well decorated and food quality was very good and tasty. No issues related to car parking.

Attended a reception here. The food was amaaaaaazing, vegetarian starters were very very tasty. The service was good too.

Excellent service, great food & good hospitality. Have attended 3 functions here by now. Everything is great here. I would recommend this place.

Ambience, food taste and quality is absolutely good. Most importantly staff service is really nice and very co-operative. Highly recommended this place for occasions.

Attended friends marriage. Place is nice ambience was good. Space is sufficient for around 150-200 people.

Nice Banquet in west Delhi, food quality is good and supervisor are active. Service is quick on each and every tables. Only flaw which I notice is entrance stairs. It bit hard to climb for old people.

Banquet Hall decorations and cleanliness is good and is approachable also. But at same time, taste of food is bad. Service staff and service is good.
