Worst atmosphere, you will be their slave, no professionalism, you will be treated like animal, infact worse than animal, and also they will try to find each and every possible way to deduct your salary.

Worst services provided by the recruiter and onboarding staff they select the candidate, when candidate submit all the documents every things cleared including bgv and all after all this they give loi and after that if you will as ask for doj they dont give you doj after wasting your so much time.my whole 1month was waste in this process and finally they told you management is not decided to take you aboard and if I ask for any specific reason they told you I don't know the reason.they are just wasting candidate time that's it

Team leaders are pathetic, illmannered, senseless not having even good knowledge abt recruitment and profiles.

A great & very professional people work here. Who really doesn't know what to do and what i am actually doing with a candidate they simply say Sorry and give apologies to the candidate.
One of the employee form this top notch firm scammed me with a job opportunity for which i travelled from noida to gurgaon and when I called her to know with whom should i get in touch with they forgot my name even that she said sorry for this you can just leave from here its my mistake that i shared a F2F interview invitation to you but i forgot to give a notification to the HR or a responsible person. At the End after i waited for 3 hours for scheduling the interview she said i am sorry it's my fault you can leave and we will reschedule your interview. I am still waiting for that opportunity

Ankit Rawat, Aarti and 3 more executive from ANRI Solutions are literally harassing me by calling on alternate days and representing themselves on Behalf of HCL, wanted to check if you received the offer letter nor not. I have already informed them couple of times that the position in on hold for which I was interviewed by HCL and this information is shared by the real HR of HCL not fake like ANRI solutions. If you guys continue to call me further, I will definitely log a complain and take strict action.

I joined there in sept worked in 1 month only they are giving high pressure in sourcing cv's and so many peoples doing same positions and want immediate and by eod they are cutting salary mark absent and after 1 month without any notice period they just messaged me stating that today is your LWD. I mean how can you expect result in just1 month.very bad experience

Worst company I have ever seen. They recruit me as techinal recruiter but once I joined they only having requirements of non techincal and just working with one client continously. They have no professionalism and want there employees to work till 9 Pm. No job satisfaction and lot of pressure. Never join this company

I joined there in july worked in 1 month only they are giving high pressure in sourcing cv's and 7-10 peoples doing same positions and want immediate some are supporters and by eod they are cutting salary mark absent and after 1 month of releasing still not getting salary august to oct now generally according to rule salary release within 30-45 days after leaving company but not getting yet so i will never suggest who will join here.

Poor management, no professionalism.they work like a puppet only for 1 client.
They don't have any potential clients because of poor team.
Pls don't spoil your career in these kind of fake consultancies.
I worked here for 2 days and had terrible and pathetic experience I faced.the Assistant manager Pragya Srivastava personally texted me and started to use pathetic words with me just because I discontinued my job from there.
Pls beware of this consultancy.

My experience is also Bad with this consultancy. They say they are recruiting firm and co ordinating with other company but no company give such value to this consultancy.

One incident with me, They called me for some job opening with XY company, I went through that, submitting all documents. My interview went with XY company (I went through 3 round with Xy) and waited for 2 month. I was informed by ANrI sol that I am selected and I waited for 2 months. After 2 minth I got reply from ANrI solution that that xy company business rejected the profile. Such a waste of time. No one give such value to to this consultancy. Beware####

Poor organization with poor management.
No hierarchy.
They have no clients.works only on 1 client whole day. If u r a professional recruiter then pls don't join this organization. Only housewives are working here who just want to earn some money but literally they have no knowledge of core recruitment.
Have wasted my 2 days over there.
