ANS Commerce

I strongly advise against joining this company. My experience here has been very negative. They don't treat employees well, and if you leave, they may not pay you what you're owed. It's not a good place to work.

I am very much disappointed with the hiring process of ANS Commerce. I request you to all viewers think twice, thrice or 100 times before joining this company as they are not clear about their company salary structure policy. With my personal interview experience with ANS, I would like to tell you that they took two rounds of mine for the Senior SEO executive role and i cleared both the rounds and they shared me the congratulations mail for selection and has taken documents for releasing the offer letter by 22nd August.but when I have taken follow up after 22nd August then HR meenu told me on their side budget issue arise and now another team member Ayush badoni will take again your interview just to know hows the candidate and I said when I already get selected so why this thing is going after so many days but still I said ok let's take interview round, I don't have any issue. Interview went good as Ayush asked only general questions about my past work but I am amazed to listen his feedback he said I am really good candidate but I am not able to handle ANS work pressure. He didn't ask any questions which shows that I don't have ability to handle work pressure. So the thing happened with me in near future will not happen with anyone that's why I am putting this whole scenario here. Please be aware to join this organisation as they itself commit that they have a lot of work pressure in organisation and don't have work life balance and do this with candidate after taking documents and giving assurance of releasing offer letter.

The pack was open when it was delivered, there is cheating happening. They handover pack with double packing and inside the bottle seal is open

Bad company to start your career, Politics, Old employees wont let u grow just imagine u r mba and ur manager don't even know english, hahaha, blame games, 14 hrs work, client pressure, no time for your self or family, not good for long term.

They are Theif company, I ordered few product amounting approx. 897 Rs.and recvd order of only 300 Rs.items.one of 597 product was missing, no one is repsponding. Order No. 150348, Order-Date: 13/May/2021, Dispatch Through Delivery AWB No.: 1517911072385

Don't go and join this company, Nog a good company for career. Its a fraud company
