I started my journey in Pranic healing in 2019 and did all my courses at Antahkarna and did Arhatic Preparatory in November 2019. Since then I have been practicing the teachings and following the schedule regularly.
I can’t express in words the changes that have come in my life since then. As I was going through a very rough phase in my personal life the constant practice of Masters teachings and timely guidance and counselling by Mrs Pooja Singhla helped me sail through it and come out of it as a much stronger, wiser and better person.

I have done my advance course of pranic healing here at ANTAHKARNA PRANIC HEALING AND MEDITATION CENTRE and it was my best experience. Nurturing sessions after the course r very helpful, now I m doing healings regularly.

My husband is having RETINITIS PIGMENTOSA from last 8 years.we have been to all the eyes specialist all the ayurvedic centers every where.but we dint get any positive response from anywhere.we lost all hope for his eyes.we have set our mind that 1 day he will be blind.
But as god says.miracle happens.one fine day we met POOJA SINGHLA.we dont have any clue what she does.my husband visited her to her center in December.since December till today he is doing meditation and run bars.
After doing this healing from last 3 months his visibility came back from 0 to 20-25%.
