Anytime Fitness

I am an active member of Anytime Fitness Rohini Sec-10 since it’s inception in 2018. The gym has lately become really pathetic in its services and the quality of equipment it is offering to its clients.

Inspite of several reminders about worn out equipment such as treadmill belts and cycle, the management is not concerned about changing or repairing the equipment timely.

Basic hygiene is not good as washrooms are dirty, washbasins are cracked and the gym premises is always smelling of sweat due to over crowd.

Crowd is increasing day by day and they are not thinking about expansion or upgrading the equipment which is impacting the quality of services delivered.

Inspite of writing mail to Anytime Fitness India, they also took no action on this. Therefore, I would request the management to take action on this.

It is ok.but More of cardio machine should be available stair coster trademill etc you have to waite half an Hour for the turn to come.

Even after going under renovation for more then a month machines are still not in use, bars are rusted, machines are stacked on one another.

Such a worst gym ever had an experience in my whole life.

And specially sapna Sharma who always teas me and creepe words spoken to me. ……

Everyone should join this gym. It has literally got everything. Each equipment and supportable staff too.

DISRESPECTFULL and DISASTER experience.

It's been almost 5.5 years of working out in the gym, never had this kind of experience before where you get disrespected by a Personal trainer "Sandeep Sharma" who does not have etiquettes about how to talk to a member in the gym.

Respectfully asking about gym equipment and reverse you receive bad and disrespectful behavior, today was the second argument with the trainer.

Even after requesting that we talk calmly at the reception he started shouting on the floor and made a big scene for just the equipment.

We are not paying for Personal sessions; it does not mean we are meant to behave disrespectfully.

Previously the trainer "Sandeep sharma" switched off the Fan for his client so i requested him that please ask someone to switch on the AC it is very suffocated in reply he said "Mai Manager laga hun aapka" and i have already complaint about this behavior on the reception but no action was taken on this matter.

Today, at my request, the receptionist was calling him about this matter, he started shouting at her on the gym floor and did not know how to control his temper.

Later at the reception i told him that this behavior is not right as you are working in a Customer entracting role in response he said "Mera attitude to aise hi rahega jo karna kar lo"

Really disappointed as I have always shown respect and kindness to all the staff whether it is a gym helper or cleaner.

They operate as if they are doing something illegal.
They won’t tell you about the membership costs on the phone and they would waste your time by calling you over. Fees here varies from client to client which is not right.
I didn’t visit the gym but saved my time after seeing the reviews here.

Really good environment for working out.
You’ll surely not regret joining this branch.

Location is very nice and gym atmosphere is also decent.
Staff and trainers are cooperative and helpful

My trainer is deepu jha sir, and Shivam Yadav sir both are friendly and helpful with all their respected customer

Gym is quite small, staff is also not supportive, crowd is increasing day by day but their space remains the same. Equipments are of top quality, receptionist is very arrogant. Totally not worth it.

This Gym is located at one of prime properties of Rohini. The area of gym is quite big and airy. They offer maximum availability in terms of timings. If you want to workout late in night after your office hours it is best suited. Parking is available in abundance. It is safe for female members.

Anytime as like gym name, it's very good gym with maximum functional hours.but fees is expensive

Machines and facility is average but cost wise it is too high as per services, even in lockdown they didn’t reimburse the locking months which is pretty bad. I think they don’t want any regular customers only temporarily are required.
