Location with scary vibes plus their staff don't know how to speak with gym members. Been to maximum locations of AF.most arrogant staff i have ever seen. MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK OUT

It's a good gym but I spotted a lot of mosquitoes inside and the tidiness could be a little better.

The gym trainers are very good at the gym.
Their knowledge about performing any exercise with perfect form is precise.
Especially general trainer Mohit kushwah is a fabulous trainer.

Nice, spacious gym having all latest equipments. Trainer and staff very helpful specially Anil and Ritik.

Gym is ok but Staf is careless
I don’t know there are Ṭrainer on the floor or not but not a single Ṭrainer is supported there

My second home, Amazing space, amazing equipments, and great gentry, best part is no issue of parking.

Joined this about an year ago, trainers dont even correct the posture even if they see someone doing an exercise wrongly. You will get offers for PT on a daily basis but no general help from the trainers. The gym was closed for 3-4 months due to renovation, and we were asked to go to other location (a non 24/7 branch) which was pretty inconvenient for me. Post renovation, this gym has been closed most of the times due to so many reasons, and other branches are denying access because I belong to this gym, i dont know why! My membership money was wasted. Pathetic experience. People Join this gym because of the name AF, and its unique 24/7 facility, this branch failed in both.

The gym has been closed since last 2 days without informing as the mall is not having electricity. Have constantly tried contacting them at the given number but no one is responding. When will the gym open? Our memberships are going down to waste because of this.

Atleast inform your customers if the gym is going to be closed rather than just shut the doors.

This gym is overpriced in all aspects, whether it's a 3 month package or annual package.
The staff here is all the time calling and troubling the customer if one enquires also

Anytime fitness rajouri is one of the best gym in west delhi. It is very spacious with best management. Staff is soft spoken and show respect to everyone.

I am unable to continue the gym as the timings have been changed. The mobile number given on the website has been deliberately switched off. No one cares to reply to the mail. Truly unprofessional.

I’m an active member of your gym and it’s already been a month but very disappointed with your services. This gym is focusing on the area for gaining more clients but many of the things is not acceptable. There is still no music system, and phones are switched off in an emergency to ask for timings as for a few weeks they are facing electrical issues but they didn't inform their client regarding this due to which we faced many problems. As I do early morning gym, I do also faces lack of water at the gym. Still, now I’m facing the same thing.
For new members, I’ll say taking care of all the things before joining.

Very bad experience if you don't want to give information on the phone then please don't share your no.no one has the free time to specially come n visit the gym to take the information.the person was very rude.you need to improve your staff

Their fat receptionist is very arrogant, rude, unprofessional and their trainers always unsupportive, always in mood to fight with clients, this gym is always very dirty not clean at all, whoever owns this gym needs to shut it down for good. Poisonous environment and would suggest to stay away from here.

Unhygienic gym…their is no corona protocols followed in this gym…all toilets are broken, no ladies washroom and they told all the members to use tdi mall washroom…every day staff members fight wid clients…today situation is All Morning members are disappointed wid their management…

Sometimes there are problem but when we tell to receptionast manpreet Kaur so he slove the issue

I had joined this Rajouri branch for a month. The place is filthy with dust. I really had to hunt for the weights here n there.
2) no helpers no help trainers is provided.
3) The locker area is adjacent to washroom.stinks like Shulabh shauchalay.despite of complaining so many times there was no listening.
4) Receptionist female thinks owner of the place…very arrogant
5) not at all value for money.charged 4K a month

Regretful behaviour of Floor Trainer: -

Yesterday a serious incident had happened with me in Rajori Garden Branch. I am feeling regret, because I paid 3 years membership in 1 shot without even checking the services.
Incident

Yesterday 09th Aug 2021 at 09: 00 (approx) I was working out seriously, there is a floor trainer called Veer. And He was giving personal attention to a lady for workout purpose, during intense training I felt I need Smith machine for my workout. He was also on same equipment with the same member (lady), I asked him politely how many sets are left, he replied with 3. Later on I realised this lady is exceeding reps for more than its required, and exceeding time of using equipment too. It happened because Mr. Veer was busy to give other personal training sessions too, I called Veer with folded hand request, to come and see when this lady can vacant the machine. He came to me and started reacting in abusive manner. He was jumping on me too for fight for no reason. I told him not to react, but he was coming over n over. All the camera footage is available in gym, thank you to other trainers they come in between and controlled him. But I feel it's not a healthy place to workout.

Regretful!

All the barbells are bent and they have no intention to change those probably you will get hurt if trying to use them.

Washrooms are dirty and tap water is salty probably ground water being used illegally.

All the machines are malfunctioning seems they don't care to repair or replace.filthy mats. Poor hygiene. Stinking toilets

Plus point - they give you free parking and there is ample space to park vehicle. Good space in the gym

& GYM ENVIRONMENT ALSO NOT SOO POSSITIVE ITS A ANYTIME FITNESS CENTRE [ ANY BODY CAN COME ANYTIME SO EMPLOYIEE SHOULD TREAT THEM SMILE-FULLY,
I LOVE ANY TIME FITNESS CENTRE I HOPE SOO THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN IN ANY BRANCH

Rude front desk! Trainers only attend you for first two days after that even if your posture is bad they dont even care to make it tight or just teach you to do it right way. But GIRLS in the gym are treated very fairly. Exceptional.
I was a member back in 2019. I hope they have improved.

Well documented activities who is not availing PT for fresher should be included.

Hello everyone are you looking for a good gym I will tell about anytime fitness this is very good gym I explore different types of gym in different places this gym is veey attractive and motivational the atmosphere of this gym is very motivational the attitude of staff members is very nice there behavior is very nice they talk very politely and very helpful you can ask anything they will help you the infrastructure of the gym is very awosome the gym is neat and clean the staff is take care of hygiene the quality of air is always fresh the machine is very good new and modern technology u can easily use the machines the gym is bery big you can easily do your exercise this gym is defentily value for money beacuse money does not matter your health matters
And special thanks to Nitin Sir such a great to have Personal Training from him.and Rohit sir for helping me lot in workout.

I am a member at the club for 3 years now. & without a doubt I can vouch for the facilities & training the club provides.
Every trainer who has been recruited has complete knowledge about the skill.
Not to forget the group classes concept (with different kind of group classes in place) the club has started Monday - Friday. My personal favorites are Yoga & Bollywood dance classes.
The club is one stop solution to anyone who's looking for a transformation.
