I had to update this review only to show more disappointment here. There is this Rajesh guy who said no to water saying. I can't give you the glass it's only for emergency please get your sipper. I mean the only job of the gym is to have proper equipments and provide water to the consumers. Again few days back I visited the gym at 2.30-3 AM in the morning to workout and the trainer named Aman was sleeping and I ha dro wait for 15 minutes outside for him to listen to the buzzer and open. If anyone is even reading this review. I wonder Anytime fitness corporate office even care to read this and act on this. Such a disappointment. Recently joined Anytime Fitness at Sector 76 for only 15 days to test. I did not had a pleasant experience coordinating with the employees at the gym. The least you expect in a gym is a working AC because you sweat and providing water. While all the gym provide disposable glasses as dehydrated while you workout in the gym. On my second day while I visited the I asked for glasses for the water. The person at the reception named Zafar attended me and said he will arrange in some time on Oct 16 and while I went back to him couple of times. He disappeared when I went for the third time in a span of 45 minutes replaced by girl named Suwarna saying she will arrange. But did not get any water. Though there are working coolers in the gym. Now when I visited the gym on the third day both of them plain blatantly said no to provide disposable glasses only to win an argument saying why don't you get your bottle. I mean charging an amount and not providing basic necessities in the gym. Is the least you can expect in a gym. Disappointed with the behaviour and the attitude of the people here. Looking at the gym 24*7 I thought it would be decent but unfortunately wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Sir Nobody allow me to do workout in vasundhra club and there staff ankit and another female staff talk with me in misbehave and says indrapuram and vaishali club gives all membership chip pricing and says you can workout every palace but we can't do this any more and we can't allow to do workout here kindly update there to allow me for workout.

Anytime fitness Kolkata has become so cheap that they are giving membership for free? Really? I wonder how they will even survive? Reputation at stake. Shame. Such a big brand but in Kolkata it's ruined completely.

I have been a member of anytime fitness Andheri West Mumbai for 3 years
Not only are they randomly shutting down the gym but also not refunding us. No transfer to other branch or to the new gym which may take over
Email from head office says legal dispute is going on which may take years
Neither does the brand or franchise owner own up to the mess created.

Anytime Fitness are big thief's, don't pay any single penny to them, they are big cheaters, this company can ran anytime from the market by cheating people and taking advance, they don't even paying rent of there property in they are operating GYM. Be careful don't join this.

Not recommended to join this company. They keep on shutting branches without paying any dues to members, vendors and staffs. Each branch is having over dues in lakhs. Avoid associating with them even as a vendor or landlord. You will end up losing big. For records, more than 5 anytime fitness shut down in last two years in Maharashtra itself. The count is still on. Stay away from them and save your hard earned money and time

I have taken anytime membership for 1 year in nov 2023 and after that this guys have closed the branch they have dispute with their co-owner. Now they have freeze my membership. They are not updating anything on the matter its been 3 months. As I am a student I took their membership for 23000 I don’t have more money to take membership of other gym due to this I am facing mental health issue.

It's a syndicate of fraud gym owners in India. They help fraud people to open gyms and then also help them in running away over night. They neither help members nor staff. They give complete cover to owners who shut down gyms over night and open in remote locations so no actions can be taken against them. When you write mails to them, they revert you with standard mails and no solutions. Never join any anytime fitness.

Sharing my experience about the most important policy of anytime fitness I.e. We can have access to any branch all across world,
I tried accessing two gyms in New Delhi (Dabri mor branch and Vikaspuri branch) both these branches denied my entry cause the management have their own policy of outsiders (different branch member)
I tried raising the issue on customer care and customer mail id, no response on same

Anytime fitness andheri west entire brach got shut down without prior notice after the group classes. Even when the gym was working there were no floor trainers. Anytime head office says that it not associated with franchise anymore. But try to understand that trusting Anytime fitness, I paid for the " brand name. " I am still left with 8 months of membership and there is no resoving response from anytime fitness as well as Mr. Badal (franchise owner). Moreover there are members who are scammed as they were sold 2 year membership just before the gym shut down. Really disappointed with anytime fitness!

It's a fraud franchise recently 2 of their gyms are closed. I lost my money and the owners or support is not responding.

The HO fails to provide solution for the ATF (mumbai andheri) which shut over night due to lack of payments to the vendor by the owner falguni makwana and badal makwana. They collected the membership money till December from the members and are now absconding with the same leaving the members furious. This is pure "FRAUD" and th fact the brand dosent care for its name. NOT A TRUSTED GYM

Hi there, I was disappointed to learn that your Powai, Mumbai gym closed abruptly and I haven't received a refund for my membership. Could you please provide an update on the status of my refund and any plans for addressing this issue? I understand that these are difficult circumstances, but I hope we can find a resolution that is fair and satisfactory for both parties.

Anytime fitness doesn't own up to what their franchise is doing just randomly gives to scam artist eventually people will stop trusting the brand anytime fitness itself.
Membership at anytime fitness Andheri West was sold at 2 years, 1 year and even 6 months in last days of gym shutting down.
Police complaint were made, twitter post and Instagram comment
Brand doesn't own up to what they have done and deletes comments instead of replying.
Members aren't refunded or transferred to other gym before closing. Owners don't answer calls and block while selling they would speak to us.

Pathetic services of Noida franchise of Anytime fitness.they do not maintain temperature. AC plants are not operational before 7 AM.why is it anytime fitness. It should say we operate for a specific time.
