A very nice, clean and small apartment of 100 flats. Society has community hall, small park, underground parking. Temple is in adjacent society. Sector 21 metro station, pacific mall and manish global mall are at walkable distance.

I recently shifted here, over experience is ok not as good it was in Gurgaon. The society is small with no playing ares like badminton or anything else for adults.

Aakriti Apartments is a lovely as well as a lively society. Its really good & safe for familes. Families once settle here, dont want to go anywhere else. Overall a very nice Society with full of peace and harmony among residents!

Good and educated crowd but houses specially 2bhk are congested.

It is like all other housing societies in Dwarka.nothing important to mention.

Place is a Mess owing to construction activities for the past two years. It will take another two years for completion of work. Theft cases have been reported and even a car battery of a visitor's car parked outside main gate of Society.

Highly overrated. Poor construction quality, badly maintained buildings.

At sector 1, Dwarka Just aside Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Flats by DDA, well maintained, filled with green, educated society, good to go.

Lush Green residential apartments with all daily needs nearby. Very much approachable to public transport.

The new president and secretary has made it so difficult to park our cars that even in extreme winters we have to walk from the main road to our own house. UNLIVABLE.

Worst society to live. Just security guard, lift and an intercom in the name of maintenance.

Best location for rented house. Near metro station sector 10, Central market sector 10, DDA sports complex, Golok dham. 24 hours water supply. Power supply backup. Well ventilated and good day light.

V bad management full of Bad intentions, serious problem of PARKING.every day fight for it.
