Looks only like a money making venture and not a hospital.

Staff gets rude if you ask any questions. Looks like they only want uneducated patients who don't question them about anything.

Doctors are okay.

This is a worst place to get treated what I had experience. My daughter was born here, we shared our opinion to doctor they taked with us very rudely even staff of this hopital is very unprofessional. My wife delivery was cesarion and I was not satisfied with the operation as well as with staff services. This was the part of at the time when my baby born. Recently I needed a help from hospital and Hospital staff and owner of hospital completely refused to help us so please avail this hopital services on your own risk.

I visited there because of heavy loose motion and i got injected so badly that it’s been a week, it’s still painful for me

I literally took my sister to this S##T A## hospital to treat some minor issues, they admitt her to make big bills, and after few days she was caught with some contagious disease due to poor services and unhygienic staff there. Then they released her.like seriously.after wasting so much money here, we had to go somewhere else to start from scratch.

Literally made us cry blood. May this hospital gets closed, so that people can get real help somewhere else.

Giving 2 stars only for cleaning and nursing staff. Their is no co-ordination between reception person and other staff. Service is worst as well as expensive also. I find it not so competent hospital.

I have visited for physician Dr Pawan Sharma, he is a good and humble doctor and he always listen carefully for your problems.

Never book a vaccine from APEX. Even after having a pad, these people refuse to apply the vaccine. They do not pick up the toll free number. I had just gone to him and was refused the reception to get the vaccine. Even after waiting for 3-4 hours, he refused to apply the vaccine.

हम आपने बच्चे को खो चुके है मै आप सब लोगो से हाथ जोड़ कर विनती करता हु भूल कर भी किसी भी गर्भवती महिला को इस हॉस्पिटल मे ना ले कर जाये यहा पर ना ही कोई काबिल डॉक्टर है और ना ही मशीने हमारे बच्चे को इन लोगो ने लापरवाही से मार दिया. Please don't go

Drs and treatment are good but very unhygienic hospital. No proper lunch and breakfast for admitted patients. Hospital is NABH accredited but
Quality wise poor

Hospital has neither so good doctor nor better infrastructure.
But they are vaccinating 45+ people very effeciently.

I got treatment ot my brother for covid in this hospital.today, I get discharge. I found hospital services good.

Helpful staff, good team of doctors and most importantly they rescue in tough times. I have admitted my mother in covid days and they did everything in order to get her on feet. I will be always grateful to Apex city hospital and special thanks to Dr. Saxena, Dr. Pawan, Dr. Wamiq, seema mam and sister Pooja.

Very bad service they people are never pik the call at reception.continue I m try to talk to them and them before last 30 minute but response i m never suggest anyone about apex hospital

Hospital and doctors are very good. They are putting their full efforts in each cases with respect to improve the criticallity of cases even in this pendamic situation. They are very polite, helpful and attentive. Overall experience are excellent and recommendable.

My father who is suffering from Covid 19 was admitted to the hospital last week. I would like to appreciate the way the Hospital and the Doctors took care of him. The Staff and the Doctors were extremely polite and helpful. Would like to recommend this hospital to everyone.

I went for Covid vaccination as per the online registration timing i.e. 9 am on 07 Apr 21 but staff was not available. I could get my registration at 10 am. The staff is able to start registration vand vaccination after 10am regularly. In view of current Pandemic situation, staff can be asked to come before time and start vaccination atleast by specified time.

Apex hospital is near mandawali Vinod Nagar metro station, with good connectivity, it is covid vaccination center. Staff is cooperative

Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude on reception. Staff not keeping patients well informed.they only make money.they don't care about your problems.

are no manar to talk with customers.they told you to submit advance payment before treatment n all.so I will never suggest this hospital.

It's totally wasting of time and money every thing is bad in this hospital. I can't suggest anyone to go there it's very very bad.

Over all good hospital Dr's and staff is very supportive but not have enogh Drs to take care of patients only Dr sitting in Emergency is liable for every thing except MK Sexena.
