The worst hospital so far in chattarpur.worst staff, the guy sitting on reception has no ettequets how to deal with patients and their family members, and they have to know all patients are same, they make us wait for around 40 minutes meanwhile continue to send the other new patients. When we questioned they said they were booked on call, while we asked for online booking they simply denied that we do not have any kind of system. And the other staff are literally can't handle type. Pathetic service, and high on price.

Wonderful experience, visited yesterday late at night due to an emergency, contacted at the given number, call was answered in one ring which is amazing and i had discussed the concern with dr and immediately taken my husband there, dr Mukesh attended us really patiently and in a good way, proper treatment given, and a big thanks to Dr Anil who called me back and asked for.well being of my husband.
Glad that we do have such a good hospital nearby with wonderful behaviour of doctors and right treatment. Charges were nominal as it was an emergency situation.

Seriously I have not seen any cheap & disgusting hospital in my entire life like this one, one of my friend had the same experience but I didn’t believe as everyone has different experience but when I experienced the same unprofessional, mannerless way of scamming money with zero standards I seriously got shocked how they get the license to open this hospital? Seriously if you have any doubt go check and waste your time & money, I have nothing personal but all I am shock to see how even reception boy n may be a head nurse who sit outside is mannerless & all about money with no quality service & Dr.are not really experienced & can say jo saste me job kr rahe ha.

Best and cheapest hospital in chhatarpur. Doctor only charges 400 rs fees which is one of the lowest in chhatarpur

Worst experience, doctors i would say good, but their thier working employees have inject me in wrong way, i need to suffer pain for a week, worst part hospital didn't take responsibility for it, then i need to visit govt hospital for my arm pain due to wrong injection.
Chemist has no experience how to talk to the patients. Management is worse than a small restaurant.

I strongly felt this hospital tries to charge you as much they could by giving you extra dose, each time you follow up, they charge you consultancy fees.

Kindly, take qualified nurses management, and teach them how to talk to patients or you customer,
Your service standards are equivalent to govt hospitals, but you charges are like private hospitals.

Yesterday I visit there and I was suffering from fever doctor has only consult and he didn't check my fever temperature bad service and fee was very high. Will never visit again in future.

I visited the hospital on 1/ 3/2022 and consulted Dr Anil regarding my health issues. He listened to me patiently and was kind enough to explain my condition in detail and prescribed appropriate medications. Thanks to him my health is now improving. Very grateful.

Testing report takes 2 days long as they don't have there own laboratory.

Doctor is good but the staff is pathetic. His wife is also an arrogant woman. You give her feedback and she will ask you to leave the place. I wish someone shares this with Dr Anil how his staff and his wife are ruining his reputation

Doctor (Anil kr Singh) does not even touch the patient, check their nerve etc.just prescribes medicine on the narrative of patient. So there is limited diagnosis from his side. Moreover, he will write all tests irrespective of patient's symptoms which means you are getting tested for many irrelevant diseases which does not relate to patient's symptoms thus costing exorbitant money. These tests are charged much above the market rate thus making huge commission too.
Further the lady staff is not polite. She misbehaves and feels herself as notable person, though she knows nothing

This guy is a money minded fraud. I went to him as I was having some Stomach Infection. He has his own Chemist shop attached to his office, from where we need to get the medicine. He basically prescribed me two medicines with Name REPRADOM-SR (to be taken before meal) and ANORAB-DSR (to be taken after meal). He prescribed me the medicine for three days, I only took two days medicine from his chemist shop. After two days I went to another chemist shop to take the medicine. And then I got to know that these medicines are the basically same, having same salt but just different company names.

Eish I'm here on 28.9.2019 I have never experience this kind of treatment lol nurses are relaxing as if it's there home no one is rush to care about you.very lazy.its dirty also!

Very bad experience, Dr. Is only making money with useless tests and all, ineffective medicine, on top of it careless and unprofessional staff.

Doctor was not taking care of the customer properly. When I paid for the medicine and consulting fees through online payment my bill was around 500. After I paid the transaction was successful and shown to the shopkeeper. They said that money didn't came to us. The lady with the side of the doctor shouted that we should now pay cash also. Then we asked that why should we pay twice for the bill. The doctor and the lady were shouting and took our medicine we purchased and also the receipt forcefully by snatching. After that I called the police by that time our patient was also suffering from viral fever that doctor didn't even care. After some time the police came and as soon as the police came doctor and that lady changed there statement in front of them that we were giving them medicine and all due to the fear. There was a recording in camera also of that women snatching medicine After that we took the medicine and the bill was already paid by us earlier they confessed in front of police. Even the hospital staff was also saying that doctor is doing wrong. 0 rating. Will Never go there again. Help protest against these kind of people and never go there because due to these kind of doctors my family member got wrongly diagnosed that means your family can also suffer with these kind of doctors by wrongly diagnosed and can become in a very bad condition like my family member. My family has suffered I don't want anybody's else too due to these kind of doctors. Will never visit here again and I also request anybody else to not to got there.

The doctor Mr anil Singh is really good he camly try to understand problem of the patient then he will suggests any thing when ever I or my parents have any health issues I visit here. I first visit here in 2011 for stomach pain before visiting here I have visit so many clinics but my stomach pain doesn't go after that incident I always visit here when I have any health problems
