Being a doctor. I won’t recommend this hospital, very bad experience with doctor. 1. Poor patient follow up. 2 Unnecessary hospital bills. 3. Unavailability of surgeon for emergency condition Like PPH, tear, prolapse. My patient is still suffering from episiotomy poor suture & suture site infection. Sutures not estimated properly and now have to go for repair surgery.

A good maternity hospital working in compliance with all the covid protocols. The counselling session by Ms Kaveri was something that confirmed our admission in this hospital. The hospitality, the efficiency of the nurses who were there at all times when needed and hygiene maintained at the hospital is commendable.
I recommend Dr. Nidhi khera as gynaecologist who handled my pregnancy very well after so many complications. Safely i delivered a baby on time. After that there nursing staff is very nice who helped how to feed your baby. Mrs. Dhanwanti is best who always comes on time and reminds me to feed your baby.

Charm exp with Apollo cradel. Apollo helps me a lot. My exp was really really gud. I starts from my exp from the day when I Booked my delivery package from my consultant care manager Deepa Chawla. I called her many times every time she helps every time rather I called her day or night. My doctor Seema sharma big thanks to her also. I had great experience for my vacation test. They are formal and well versed In their job. The place were super hygienic and polite staff. I had an great experience I would like recommended to all of you pls have the experience of such place and show some love.
I have delivered my first child in Apollo and the experience was amazing, but now for my second pregnancy when I am visiting the hospital, there is an entire list that I could make that is making my visit there a nightmare during the covid times. Starting with the problem of parking, even after charging too much for the same, you will be darn lucky if you find a parking spot and the guards outside are too rude, they won't even care if you deliver your child outside the hospital waiting for the parking. Then somehow if you manage reaching the hospital, I don't see any social distancing being maintained, it looks like a zoo and the staff (specially the nurses who are there outside the doctors cabins) are least bothered. And the utmost important thing is the FEE that they are charging now is SKY ROCKETING, even though they are not providing with any good service. The only reason for me not leaving that hospital is Dr. Seema Thareja, as she is an amazing doctor.

I had a second dose of vaccine, staff was very helpful and taking care of their patients very well and giving proper attention. Staff was very polite and giving great service to people who came for vaccination and followed all rules and regulations of COVID restrictions.

Third class system for visitors and attendants people have to wait outside the Hospital. And guards tell people to wait in there cars there is no space to sit, poor parking facility also, they charge so much still this kind of service
Today i went to Apollo Cradle hospital for my 1 dose vaccination.all the staff are so good including security's.i never seen other place like before. I really like their hospitality, they are very helpful and polite and kindness.

Good experience until now. The customer care would take long to answer your call but otherwise an overall good experience. Clean and hygienic. Considering COVID scenario it is one of the safest hospital since it has no COVID treatment.

Hotel like facility but not recommended for delivery. Until and unless you want to admit for the name sake purpose. Major problem is, this hotel/hospital has a c-section rate of round 70% which is very high. Whatever be the case, how so ever good the doctor is, their c-section rate should be less than 30%. It was our mistake we didn't check. So better check this in counseling session before paying booking fees of 10k.
During this pandemic, we were really worried about my first delivery and after searching a lot and considering alternate options we came across Apollo cradle. At every phase we got support from all type of staff available there, starting from the reception where we met the floor manager Chitra, such an amazing person she is when it comes to providing comfort and help to the patient and there family members. Continuing with Dr Nidhi Khera mam, she lend emotional support to me knowing mine was a high risk pregnancy. Her Assitant Maneet was available all through the time via messages and calls despite day or night. Doctor Hitesh for his guidance. The radiology staff which includes Monica and Dr Rinkoo, were very helpful during each scan telling and guiding the correct procedure. During the stay there, feeding nurse ruby was super nice with the baby and gave an emotional support whenever required to me and to the baby.
I would suggest to all mom-to-bes to consider this hospital once as they are quite professional but keeping personal touch intact.
I was giving birth for the first time and like any other mother I was also doing my research and I thought I have choose the best hospital for my baby and me but there I was wrong. Firstly I wanted to feel the Baby Crawling towards the Breast which didn't happen when I had already mentioned this to my doctors beforehand infact I could barely touch my baby. Secondly when I was in their Post Operation Care room, literally I had to fight to the nurses that bring my child to me so that I can feed my child in The Golden Hour. All this while my husband was also struggling to see me and the baby. He couldn't touch or hold him until we both weren't shifted to the room and it was like 4-5 hours after the delivery and this was happening when my baby and I were completely healthy, no complications at all. After all this I thought now nothing could possibly go wrong or make us sad because now we three are together but there was one more challange waiting for us. I wanted to EBF my child since the moment he was born bcz in my prenatal breastfeeding classes the Lactation consultant who belongs to the same hospital used to tell that we always produce enough milk for the baby no matter via whatever mode we deliver the baby. So this was my mindset and I was very confident that I'm enough for my baby but after being constantly bullied by nurses for 2days that I'm not producing enough, I gave up and fed my baby with formula. Infact first day when I strictly said no to one nurse, she said if I don't give formula then baby's sugar will drop down and anything can happen to my baby. All this happened with us in a Maternity Hospital. Though the hospital was very well sanitized and clean. Also the food is good too. And lastly I want to mention about Nurse Mamta who was doing night shift there, she made night times little easier for me.
Its one of the finest hospital for new born babies. The experience has been phenomenal. We were treated as a family here. Both, doctors and staff, are very helpful. Our doctor, Nidhi Khera is one of the most professional doctor we have ever met and we recommend to all of you.

They take admission token amount rs 10,000 early and ask us to book slot but they do not have beds to offer when it is actually needed.
My wife had severe condition recently and she needed urgent admission. My wife was kept in some meeting room for checkup during emergency and they kept us waiting for so long.
We had to ultimately find an alternative hospital for her delivery on the same day! Such was there service.
The nurses & doctors at women & babies were phenomenal! I felt so cared for by all staff.this is the best place possible to deliver a baby.thank you to all for the wonderful birth experience.

Aside (from) how nervous I arrived to the hospital, each person who had to do with me, were so professional, that when they took me to the Surgery Room I felt as if I arrived at a reunion of friends.
