Very good overall experience not just the room service but across service staff. Very friendly staff and especially the billing and insurance personnel’s we’re cordial and gave quick service and hassle free solutions. Overall experience with Apollo Cradle and Dr. Vaishali Sharma was amazing, My wife was admitted here for 2 months since case was critical but they handle very carefully and managed entire complications. Nursing Staff and housekeeping services are very good and they all are soft spoken.

I went in for a surgery last week. From the guards to the surgeon, almost all were caring, gentle and patient focused.
The process of anesthesia was clearly explained, the surgeon drew out the diagram of the surgery plan, the insurance tpa supported us in the pré approval process and ensured that everything went smoothly.
The doctors tried their best to reduce the pain at the same time quietly ensured that the pain meds were tapered off.
Nursing staff wore their smiles with pride and never was there a harsh look or standoffishness.
Discharge was as quick and smooth.
Overall, à great experience.

Excellent Hospital. Staff are very co-operative with us, specially nursing staff. We patients are getting satisfaction care means very neat and tidy.

As I got my second baby delivery in apollo cradle It is very nice to experience with apollo crable they make memorable each day when u stay here. Mr Harish he is a person who is handling my all things from booking and all he is very nice person to contact.but I am upset with the receptionist they created mess with my family. I know the protocol they follow are all right for covid.but again face of the hospital I.e is receptionist they need to be more careful while handling people that's y I gave three star. Mr Harish and Mrs Chanpreet too again handle all the things me.

I had very good experience in this hospital. Doctors and nurses are so helpful and polite. Other staff was also very helpful. The way doctors treat to the patients is amazing. Thanks for having us such a great experience.

This might be a long review but worth reading, if you are worried choosing a good doctor for you through the roller coaster journey of pregnancy.

I was blessed with a baby girl on 24th November 2021, under the care of Dr. POOJA CHOUDHARY.

So, The day i got to know i was pregnant, more than being happy, i was depressed because of being judged by a doctor as i was (very much) overweighed.

I went through tonns of social platforms, reviews, ratings and finally thought to meet 'Dr. Pooja Choudhary'. But i assured myself visit 2-3 doctors and choosing the one who judged my body less.

We booked an appointment on practo and finally the day came. I met her first with a feeling of terror in me thinking-she would ask why did i plan a baby before shedding some weight. But to my surprise she welcomed us with such a positive attitude and gesture that my first visit itself gave me such motivation towards being a plus size healthy mother no judgments were made at all, which made me think positive and have a healthy pregnancy.

And yes the decision of meeting 2-3 doctors and choosing one among them also strictly changed. This was indeed the first moment i felt happy for my baby coming soon.

She has been a true blessing for me throughout this period pregnancy as well as post pregnancy, she was only a call away 24*7, every doubt and every query was answered very politely, anytime in the day or night. More than a doctor, she will be your mother, your elder sister, your friend. She trully has a golden heart.

Today i can proudly say, i made the best choice that helped me go very smooth throught this tough phase of life.

At last but not the least a great thanks to the apollo team from nurses, duty doctors, house keeping staff, lactation consultant, dietitian, physiotherapist, mess people - all were like family to me throughout the hospital stay. They help you, with the new born 24 hours with a wide smile, even if they are called many times.

We as a couple have never been this satisfied from a hospital. Apollo cradle is worth every penny.

Delivered my first baby in apollo cradle, delhi.
Undoubtedly the experience from very first day till the day of delivery was really great. When uh reach apollo you truly find a new family that cares for uh throughout the whole period.

The doctor with who walked this path with us is Dr. POOJA CHOUDHARY.she is indeed the best doctor, i have ever met in life till date. A great human, friendly, motherly care, motivating, supportive, she is all in one.i really feel lucky, having her. She was just a call away 24*7 all 9months, even post delivery. If you are afraid about anything during the period, she makes you feel super easy with everything. She was a super blessing for us.i cannot thank her enough for the everything.

Taking about the staff, due to covid precautions only a single attendant is allowed with you. So me and my husband were really nervous about how things will go. But the staff here didnot make us feel alone even for a single minute, they are just a bell away 24hours a day.

Every single on duty doctor, dietitian, lactation consultant, care manager have great behavior as well as a feeling of utmost care towards their patients.

Every nursing staff as well as staff from house keeping is commendable. Any help, any time you ask for help, they are available with a wide smile. Super motivating and caring people they are.

We consulted Dr. Shakti ban Khanna, I would say the best doctor one can ever find. Throughout the pregnancy we were guided by her and hospital. We were properly informed regarding everything.
During delivery everything was done quickly there were hassle hassle of anything we were guided with do and don't.
Firstly doctor and hospital staff tried each and every nerve for normal delivery.from exercise to boosting morale.
But we were told by doctor on 4th visit itself that my wife can't give normal birth due to some biological reason but still they tried hard.

I had to undergo Emergency C-section and I got admitted at Apollo Cradle. My pregnancy was categorised as high risk. My obstetrician Dr. Vishakha delivered my baby safely. We stayed for 3 days at Apollo and everything was great. The nurses attended to us and helped me learn how to handle the baby and its needs. The doctors are very competent and helpful. The staff especially Ms. Naina Rishi, the care manager helped us throughout and was available at all times.

I would heartily recommend Apollo Cradle, Nehru Place as the place to have your baby!

This is one of the best maternity hospital. My doctor was Sanjida Yasmin. She is very prompt to answer your queries even if it was a silly one. You can talk to her anytime. She handled my emergency delivery very well. The package we were told was very reasonable according to the facilities provided here. I am very happy that I chose this hospital for my baby's delivery.

Pathetic experience. We were forced by parking attendant to park vehicle where you want but not outside hospital premises. This is what they call Valet Parking. He said there is no parking for you.

Secondly we came for package inquiry but we were not attended properly and we had not been given any information.

Seeing their callous attitude we changed our hospital preference.

Dietician help me in diet physiotherapist help me after my delivery for exercises. Lactation expert help me in feeding housekeeping also very nice they always help me in changing my outfits and ambulation the staff is very calm and all the time they are available if we need overall experience was very very nice if we If we plan our second baby for sure will come here for her next delivery.

I have had 5 days stay at the hospital due to c-sec (which was uncertain). During the stay, the house keeping staff constantly kept on cleaning the room and they were polite. Some nurses were good, but due to lack of communication between the nursing staff, a doubt was created in my surgeon's mind. Dr. Varinder kaur was rude to my attendant. On asking few doubts about my stitches and overall health she became loud and almost argued with my sister. In the name of package, they promised baby's photography, room decoration hand cast. It's been 2 and half month nothing has been received till now. Room decoration? Only 'ITS A BABY GIRL' tag was pasted on the door along with pink frills, which would be used again for the new baby of a new patient.
Canteen staff was good, food was healthy.
It's hygienic, clean and follows covid protocol.
Beware of the hidden expenses.

I have delivered my baby in Apollo Cradle Royale in the guidance of Dr. Yuvakshi Juneja. And i must say she is the best doctor i have ever met. She made these 9months so easy and comfortable for me. She was very supportive and understanding during that time. Her whole team along with Dr. Kala ‘s team made my csec so easy and comfortable. And Apollo’s whole staff is outstanding. The doctors are very cooperative and warm, they listen to you, we consulted Dr Sanjida Yasmin, she guided us well through out my wife pregnancy and despite few difficulties we had NVD. Dr Sanjida was available every time on messages or call.
Only thing is it's quite expensive and administration should be more proactive.also the online sessions for exercises or yoga are use less.
