Ordered some medicines by 11: 30 in the morning. It's been more that 3 hours the POC on the call is just saying 15 min 15 min.
The distance from the store to my place is just 5 min.
They are not even informing the actual time.
If someone is already sick this is creating more trouble for the person. Really bad service

Store incharge (Mr. Praduman) was arrogant. He Don't know how to treat customer's. Don't have patience to listen & understand the customer's problem.

These guys are so irresponsible. They took my order and didn't deliver it and when I called them these guys didn't pick my call nor reverted. If they can't deliver medicine atleats they should have informed me. Very disappointing.

This Apollo Pharmacy is in the market I guess in sector 31, One Guy who is seated in counter is very rude and arrogant doesn't even know how to behave with the customers. When u don't understand what he speaks he shouts then next time when you visit the shop he will not send you payment link or give u bill from system he will rather give his mobile number for payment.
What irritated me the most was we are regular customers from Apollo pharmacy but when that person comes to home delivery he holds the medicines in his hand as if we are robbers and till we don't make the payment he doesn't give it.
Why do you outsource your company shops to such people or why do you hire such people.
I'm not exactly sure with the location but sector 31 when I typed there is market and this shop is visible.
I think staff name is Awadesh Kumar barhaj I don't know who he is but very rude and irritating fellow it is me as customer who is paying but this person behaves as if we are getting for free.
Even normal pharmacy store has better staffs and people available but a reputed Company like Apollo Has such people.
This Awadesh is such character in the store he would say payment would be stuck on Apollo link and how he would blatantly lie bill has been printed and he can't send the link and all.
He is very rude even when he is in the shop or even when he goes out to deliver medicines to customer house. This Ediot doesn't even have basic ethicates on how to behave with the customer if Apollo checks the bills at which we purchase definitely we deserve better treatment as human being if not a customer.
If this is behaviour I need to look out to an another pharmacy from now onwards such a horrible place even pharmacy without any brand their owners are very humble but here i dont know who is that Awadesh whether he is owner or staff.

They don't have any of the prescribed medicine if it's available with them, One doesn't get more than one strip of it.sales persons are shrewd.and if u need to exchange the medicine they make one or the other excuses
