Extremely rude staff. Unethical practices. Bought a nebulizer kit. The kit is deficient.makes lather like a soap in the cup. Went to return within 20 hours.the guy tested it at his own shop still refused to return. Misbehaved with my 2 kids who had gone to return. Just boycott thos store

Worst service, during Carona crisis they refuse home delivery of medicine.

I was a regular buyer at this store and ordering stuff over the call from more than 1 year. Every month they have an issue with their card charge machine. I spoke to their supervisor as well so many times but they don’t have any resolution. They always say they have made a complaint with the company but no help. They always promote cash payments and I feel that’s the reason they say machine is not working. This is not at all acceptable in today’s time when everyone is going towards online marketing. Finally I took a decision of quitting with them and look for another pharmacy.

Since their old staff has left their services have detoriated. The are not reliable anymore. When asked for delivery of medicines they first say delivery boy has not come, then they say that he is already out for deliver, but they were talking among themselves that it's 9: 30 PM kaun jayega. It was a very bad experience. Better take medicines from anywhere else. Highly unreliable.

It took them 2 hours to deliver painkillers when the store is 1.8 kms away

A very good medicine and cosmetic retail shops chain. Home services are available. Rates are reasonable with attractive offers time to time
