Pathetic service of customers no one is listening employee are very bad in harinagar shop appolo they are behaving like that they dont want to listen customers are standing till 15 sec and they are not replying very bad experience today three of the employees was but no response wat customer are saying

Sent almost expired medicines to me. Worst customer care service / written email / WhatsApp messages / called customer care no response

Does not open 24/7 as mentioned. Didnt even provide the medicine for a small baby in distress.

This is not the correct location of apollo pharmacy.

It's not in that street it is on maim road. Opposite side of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital.

I found it wrong that's why I thought I should mention here that help others.

Why you show your timing 24 hours if doesn't pick the call it create problems to people

Someone serching for medical shop at midnight is not joke. Either u should attend the call or update your timing. The number is busy for last 1 hr.
