Apollo Pharmacy - IIT Delhi Hospital Campus

IIT DELHI HOSPITAL LOOK OUTSIDE OR IN FRONT SIDE IT LOOKS A SMALL CABIN TYPE HOSPITAL but when you enter to the hospital you can see it a Big hospital with 10 to 12 doctor are there with some nurses (sister)
Working there it open for all time 24x7 and in night time only one or 2 doctor are there for emergency if you have a medical booklet then you are free from disease with free medicines so go to the receptionist and see your medical booklet and she/he give a stamp in your booklet and say to go to the room no_
There the doctor waiting for you for check up your health and write some medicine then you will go to the appolo medicine store inside the hospital and by seeing your booklet.

Nice medical store where you can buy all necessary things related to health and also at good place in iit campus. So it is very convenient for all the people in iit.

I bought a digital thermometer from IIT Delhi apollo pharmacy on 13 October 2020. On 16 October 2020, it’s display was gone. I returned it to pharmacy and they said they will replace it. Then they called and said that they have another brand digital thermometer and Apollo brand is not available and for this I have to pay Rs 310.00. I objected but the sales girl did not even accepted the worst quality control of the Apollo thermometer product. This is not at all acceptable. Due to Covid time I am forced to take the another thermometer from other brand fir which I am paying in cash on 16 October 2020. This is height of INJUSTICE to a customer. I would say it’s to take advantage from customer. This must be stopped and investigated. Apollo must either stop producing digital or any other thermometer or ensure best quality control and I request the officials to read this review and get my money refunded. This pharmacy is within IIT Delhi Campus abd they should serve the customer to their utmost satisfaction,

This phone no has been out of order for a long time now. Almost all Apollo land-line nos have been so.

A Pharmacy shop inside IIT campus, very humble and co-operating staff.

Is it really necessary to have a out side medicine shop inside the campus.
To maintain the esteem prestige of institute they must collaborate to apolo pharmacy to regularise the essential flow of medicine free of cost.
