Apollo Pharmacy City Centre Dwarka Sector 12

Very poor service and I would recommend everyone not to go for Apollo Pharmacy as there are many other pharmacies a lot better than them

Never deliver medicines, They keep saying that our rider is coming and no body comes. My friend told me this and I ordered today and experienced the same. Pathetic!

As an Army Doctor posted in a remote field area of the Indian Army I requested prescription anti anxiety medicines for my mother. But they kept dilly dialing snd refused at the last moment. The staff was also very discourteous. So please do not rely on Sector 12 city centre Apollo pharmacy to provide your medicines in case you need them. This despite of the fact that I am an Appolo pharmacy member for the last at least seven years therefore better to rely on your local pahrmacy.

This happened with me in Apollo Store in Sector 180store below nisha lamba saloon.

Worst customer handling ever. Went there on 21.12.22 evening around 7 pm to buy spacer for inhaler, even after asking 3 times, not even a single fellow in the store moved to take it our. On 22.12.22 went between 5.40-5.50 pm to buy some tablets, there were 3 person on counter, everybody was looking at each other. Had to come back on both days despite not being well without the required medicines. Does not deserve even one star.

You can purchase your medicines from outside as they provide 20% discount instead of apollo pharmacy.
