Had a very bad experience delivery guy will not deliver your parcel even in 2hrs then also didn't get response as i have paid

It was told that medicine will be delivered in 1 hour but it was not delivered even in 2 hours. Shop person replied that delivery boy is not picking the call for last half an hour.

My house is only 1.5 Km away from the pharmacy. I did 6 follow up calls and then got the medicine.
