They never pickup any phone call. If somebody is in urgent need of medication, you can never have take update whether they have that medicine or not because they never pickup any call that too on the number they have provided. This is really disgusting

Extremely rude people. Even after their mistake of not handing over all my medicine, they were telling me that it’s my problem and they can’t deliver the medicine at my place (Even after mentioning FREE DELIVERY on their template).
I even called them and the guy cut the phone in between. Upon calling them again, he said very bluntly that I cannot deliver the medicine even it is extremely important medicine.
Upon reaching at the store, the guy was laughing not realising his mistake and said “ Aab aap gaye toh dawai lelo behas kyu kar kar rahe ho”. On which I replied rudely and they almost ganged up and raised their voice altogether against me.
I was using Apollo services from last so many years and I am shocked to see such bad employees behind such a prestigious company.
I will not stop awailing Apollo services because of such unprofessional and rude employees but I am surely looking forward to connect to grievance redressal team to share my extremely bad experience so that appropriate action can be taken.
