Done a Medical Fitness Test! It was told that the reports will be sent to the intended recipient. After 20 days it is learnt that the reports are no sent. Multiple follow ups, repeated visits, not a smooth experience at all. Not at all recommended.

But the consultation cost is little bit high.

More than 10 days passedi hav not recieved my test reports on my mail id. Follow up with hospital for 3 times the are master in making us fool. Pathetic service and staff.

It was the worst experience for my friend who had to stay an extra day and pay for the services just because the staff took 18 hours to discharge him specially during these critical times of COVID.
Since, the cabs are not in service after 9, the staff deliberately delayed the discharge procedures even when they were informed one day prior. And the next day they could not even provide the summary of the operation. And they even dodged the calls of the surgeon when my friend informed him about the mishap.
My friend has recorded these incidents and will be reporting to the concerned authorities.

Need to improve the speed of work and coordination between doctors amd receptionists in concern with patients. Apart from everything reception was Excellent and as well as dr. Especially Bilal Sir and Rashmi ma'am for guiding me through each and everything.

Doctors are nice, but the accounts team specially Mr. Ajit and Mr. Nishant will make your life hell. Never give extra money because you will not be refunded the amount, and they will keep on lying. My father got discharged almost 15 days back, and they told I'll get the refund in 2 days, but I still did not get it.everyday they are lying to me and disconnecting. These people are completely shameless.

Horrible service got my tests done on 30 March 2019 and was told that they would mail my reports in 48 hrs. It's been more than a week and I am still awaiting for my reports. Have escalated to them twice, no revert on my nails as well. BEWARE.

No coordination. I am calling them fr 3 days to get my reports over the email. But no luck. Either they won't respond or will put your call on hold for infinite time. No such lack of empathy I have seen in any other branch. All of my colleagues have received their reports within 3 days.

With a charming, calm and composed personality, he treats u like a family, an expert surgeon with in depth knowledge and gifted hands, the best in his field. He along with Dr. N. K. Sharma, best hands for anaesthesia, made my surgery a cakewalk. Very good service my Apollo and it's nursing care makes one feel at home.
