The doctors are knowledgeable and considerate with the patients. Went there for gall bladder surgery and the whole process was explained in detail giving an assurance.

Very bad infrastructure, ill mannered Dr. Saggu, no place to wait out side OT, People were standing in so much heat out side OT. They are spoiling the APOLLO HOSPITAL name.

All the services were good in the hospital especially deepak tiwari was very helpful during this time.

Experience here was very bad and disappointing. I had scheduled the full body checkup here. They took forever to complete that, eventually all tests were concluded in 2 days. 2 hours worth of work was done in 2 days. Then you have to come to collect reports on 3rd day as you can't see them online.
So no empathy, no care for customer, waste of time and money. Please avoid this place atleast for health checkups.

Lack of Administration Failure:
Apollo Spectra karol bagh Hospital services is very poor its like a government hospital So don't go for this hospital, total administrative failure patients standing on the front of the doctor cabin with open door & 4-5 patient on the doctor room No privacy in the doctor cabin its like a government hospital.they have earning money only.

I had a normal experience here for my annual health checkup. The staff here is busy most of the time.once you made a call nobody will provide the solution.
They assured me to courier my reports to my address at panipat as for reports you have to wait for one or two days. I came here from out station -Panipat. Still after 8 days they did not sent the report at my addres and no body is bothered to give me any clue about that.
I have to go there again by spending 4 to 6 hrs and 3000 inr for taxi to get the reports.
Pathetic services. Dont opt this hospital for any treatment.

These are my observations for this hospital.

1. The staff is well qualified and competent.
2. The facilities for patients are very good.
3. The doctors here are very nice and professional.
4. The price of treatment is expensive and I think there a scope of improvement here.
