Nice place, good behaviour of service providers, very polite and tells you the problem with solutions and also suggest you guys u have to fix it or not, guide you properl

Just buy new phone best advice for your 1 lakh + price phone or spend near about same price for replacement

2 days back my friend visited here for my iphone and laptop repair, 1 of guy attended him by the name Mr.vijay without saw my devices he just said this can't we repair here you can visit karolbagh and nehru place they will fix this but we can't, according to him that guy was not looking as a apple employee, I'm just saying why u guys here if you can't do so why you open this service centre. I will never visit here again
I will write a mail to apple regarding this.

Had my iPhone locked because I forgot my passcode but the people in the service center were very patient and extremely helpful in helping it resolved. I love their way of communicating with customers and being very patient. Really thankful for their service

This is a very lovely place and i like it so much because you can fir each and every thing here!

I waited my no 11 for half hour but when it come, no solution immediately available, for depositing the laptop charges were rs 3750/ which was not bearable I came back

Guard is there to help you out, total 12 desk only 2 is working, and there is no one to help you out, only one option is wait and watch limited number of staff

They are not customer friendly, all the counters will be idle still they will show off as least interested in the issue. My experience after checking my ipad they asked me to discard my ipad and buy new one or replace existing paying in full as for new.
My ipad started working fine in next few hours.
They are not able to diagnose issue at all and simply asking to discard what a customer experience you are giving.

I visited icare because my apple id was not getting work, in icare 1 of executive whose attended me the Name was (MR. Ashish) he resolved my issue in 2 minutes, he is very soft spoken person, (god blessed you)

Ashish is a very good executive of this service centre, he resolved my problems with in second (keep it up)

I was visited this service center to change my phone battery. Their was a girl in counter when i said i want to chage my phone battery then she said wait for 10 - 15 min for your turn.
After 15 min i again ask her how much time it takes. She said 5 min more, if we have a battery available than it will take 2-3 hrs minimum.
They should change new battery hand to hand or 20- 30 min but they said to me that it will take 2- 3 hrs minimum.

Too expensive to get things repaired. Apple almost blackmail to have the part replaced than repair of components. Even to get the Laptop checked cost fortune. Apple is creating environment damage by promoting by new as the repair is almost 90 percent of the cost.

Gave my macbook for repairing, they repair it before the delivery date, staff are nice and friendly. Overall nice experience

The service centre misguides customers into extracting a high bill. Please be ware of this apple authorised centre they have no ethics and norms. When it comes to insure they profit even it means a outright lie. I have personally experienced this. When I had taken my iPhone for repair. Highly disappointed that APPLE allows such outlets to service under their name.

One of the worst service centre in delhi. They ask for money even your phone is under warranty period. All the frauds sit there. My humble request is that dont visit this cheap service centre either you can visit other service centre. FULL FAKE!

Very bad experience. My Mac book air was dead. Went to this service centre. First they asked to scan the qr code, fill up all the details and generate a token. I did it and waited for my turn. After knowing the problem they asked me to deposit ₹2000 for just inspecting the set and finding the fault. I made the deposit. It's non-refundable. They asked me to leave the laptop and go back that they shall inform me through email next day. I got email next day evening with a repairing cost of ₹48300. I had purchased this laptop for ₹62000. Next day I picked my laptop without repair. Went to Nehru Place and got it repaired for ₹6000. And now it's working fine

Easy to locate, friendly staff but service is slow because only one person dealing with 4-5 customers.

They didn't get the problem so they asked me to pay for full replacement of my macs logicboard.

Edit: It's no news that Apple overcharges customers. The process may be transparent but the charges are ridiculously high.

One of the best apple service centre in Delhi. Good facilities and large number of counters. We will get online support through chat. The service was good. Staff behaviour also appreciable. No wait time after getting token. Staff will attend your queries ASAP. You can demand stand by phone if your delivery will take some days, they will provide good condition phone for you.

No contact number? The centralised apple cust care says go to the service centre to check anything. Ridiculous.

Mr Surendra singh is an excellent guy. I approached the centre with a Dead McBook Pro, not powering on. Was very worried about the charges after reading some very very negative reviews.
But received a surprise in the evening when I was told to collect the McBook and Only service charges of around 3000/ were charged. Though this too is on higher side. Found staff quite amicable, giving ears to listen to your problems and suggesting what can be done. Very much appreciate Mr. Surendra singh who can be an asset to any organisation. THIS IS A CENTRE FOR FRAUD, MANIPULATION, DECEIT AND EXTORTION. I AM STILL GOING THROUGH AN UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. ON 25 JUNE, 2018, I MADE A MISTAKE OF DEPOSITING MY IPHONEX WITH THEM EVEN AFTER 23 DAYS I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE BACK. THE PHONE IS 6 MOTNHS OLD AND INSURED. THEY MODIFIED THE PARTS OF THE PHONE AND SENT IT TO APPLE AND NOW I AM BEIGN ASKED TO PAY. ALSO THEY (PRABHAT RANJAN) MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND MY WIFE. I AM DETERMINED TO TAKE THIS CASE, THROUGH PROPER LEGAL/ CONSUMER RIGHTS CHANNEL. I AM SURPRISED THAT APPLE HAS NOT DONE ANY DUE DILIGENCE.

I suggest you avoid this service centre at all cost, like every other review for this centre. Take this seriously for their staff is extremely unprofessional to whom you can’t also complain. Twice my experience been same.

My mistake to have come to a place where they feel every customer is lying. Something they should replace, as long as it’s in warranty, they just returned it after some testing. Wasted my two days, fuel and energy.
