It's also great to know that the staff at Aptronix guided me through the process related to future defects. It's important for customers to understand their options in case they face any future issues with their device, such as repair or replacement under warranty. Overall, i had a very good experience at Aptronix, my phone has been resolved beyond my expectations

Went to apple store for restoration of my i pad. Rohit, the service person was very nice and resolved the issue quickly. He was quite helpful too.

I had issue with iPhone battery getting drained & iPad Pro earphone not getting connected. Attended by Rohit. He took up both issues in a very systematic manner, explained the probability which might be causing problem & guided me how to go ahead. He was very transparent & never tried to mislead me during diagnosis of both the products. He has been very helpful.
The service centre is conveniently located in Mall, clean & plenty of space to sit
