I went to get my laptop repaired at the Asus service centre in this building, they kept it for 15 days, they damaged my screen and gave me saying that they don't have the spare part, i went to another repair shop and they showed in front of my eyes that they have left everything opened and they have damaged the screen.

Mac keyboard is not working, issue got resolved and again same problem is happening again within some weeks.

One of the worst and shadiest experiences I have had to deal with in my entire life. Took my MSI laptop that's imported from USA for repair as the hinge broke. The staff is not just rude but also careless. These guys first made me pay Rs. 7600 for the left and right hinges as well the back cover and bezels. Then they broke my LVDS cable during the diagnosis and told me it was already like that so made me pay Rs. 2300 more. They kept my laptop for a week and stopped responding to my calls. They still haven't given me the warranty on the parts I received. Please shut down this shop as it is one of three official stores mentioned on the MSI website. The 4 star and 5 star reviews are clearly seeded and paid for.

Great service, it take few minutes for solving issues and thanks to Annu joshi mam she as deal very friendly.

Good but it takes some time and these couriers do not deliver, any product has to go there and take it again

It was prompt and great service, had to get laptop repaired by msi, it took 5 days for me to get my laptop back and the employees were also great and polite

Though the service provided here was satisfactorily but it was not very prompt. Out of the 4 counters, only one of them was operational and was handling 5-6 brands at a time. I went for a replacement of nothing Ear 1 and was done within an hour. Do visit if you have time on your hands.

Although it took little longer, I waited more than the usual, however, the staff were very supportive, active and professional.
They replaced my BOAT 161 Pods in real quick!

My boult buds are not working so i come here and they replaced my buds with the new ones within 10 days. I got new buds and they are working good.

Worst experience i had. They are working for 4 company like asus, realme, boat, extra but executive were not enough.small space. Not even enough bench to sit. Don't waste time by visiting here. Visit any other place

Worst service center I’ve ever visited. I was supposed to just place an order for spare parts, and they have asked me to wait 3 hours. Staff is pathetic and have no mood for work.

They didn’t cooperate with customers as there were many customers whose replaced products were already refurbished.

Firstly their service center is in nehru place. From there they shifted to Lajpat Nagar. I went there for my brother's laptop repair as fan was making noise and other issues related with it. And then he said fan not available give us 1-2 day so that we may order and then give it to you after repair. I took the laptop and went home from day after 6: 00 pm it started very fine and in a good way after it it suddenly screen goes off and starting again it would not start. Then again I went to service center for repair after too much people my turn came they said you motherboard has been damaged so need to replace they asked about 30k-40k. Third class service center. Third class people no management no nothing just looting people's money for free.

You will give your laptop they will damaged your motherboard. If you want to give it for repair then do at your own risk find other server center other than this but not this. Moreover yaha per apni

They were very helpful. Didn't give any trouble, my earphones were under warranty and were having problems so they replaced them at that time itself with brand new

This service centre is really helpful. I was facing issue while exchanging my Airdopes because I didn't had online invoice. But they resolved my problem within a minute. I would highly recommend this service centre.

Excellent service, most supportive staff and quick service and support for customer. I came here for MSI service and Mr. Krishna on front desk he's very supportive and he helped me to get me quick and easy service.

Pathetic service centre. I approached for boult monopod less battery backup issue. They made me to come twice, once for handing over to them and once for collection. They fooled by telling that they are giving me new monopod. When I tried to check, I was informed by Mr tiwari that monopod is not charged and after charging I have to check. After reaching home, I found monopod charging cable is C type small cable but monopod can't be charged using c type cable.
After charging, monopod backup issue is resolved but sound is like local footpath purchase type monopod. I already invested Rs 200 for going to service centre twice. Hence I thought it is not worth to invest Rs 200 for Monopod (which I purchased in around Rs 599 rupees)

Very bad experience. Behaviour is very bad of the guy who's available on asus service counter. I have to wait for 2 hours to ask a single query about my phone. Services are very bad

Found the customer care executive helpful. They promptly replaced my blue tooth headphone after due inspection.

Gratitudes

Service and behaviour both are good, wait for three hours due to crowd (boat, boult, Asus, Avita and other companies service centre are also there), but they quick replace my product with new one

The service is actually amazing. The customer executive of ASUS Anup Tiwari Sir showed full support and gave the solution quickly, overall good service center (My issue was for ASUS).
