Brilliant service provided for my iphone. My phone was handed over to me before the promised time.

Received an excellent and speedy service from B2X service center of Apple at Ansal Plaza. No hassles, quick service and delivery

Had a great service experience. Saurav was really patient with me and got the issue resolved quickly.

Most underrated service center. Only 1 people is solving the problem, waiting time is 30 minutes. They said you have to take appointment from Apple Store.

One thing I wonder of Indian iPhone service centres is that they didn't replace charging port, display glass and those small repairings while the world is looking forward for decreasing e-waste.instead they'll sell you useless warranty card.

It took long time and sometimes very unconvinient, but we are assured from initial that apple never fails to make us happy.

My phone was creating problems so I came to this apple service centre my problem is solved thanks to the service centre problem for helping me out which I was facing from past one month

NOT RECOMMENDED. I visited these and got to know that these people are running SCAM by giving fake rating to their store and they have done this to me and some other customers as well and i had a word with few and they verified the same.so you may check your job sheet and check if they have filled ‘HAPPY’ in feedback Column without your permission which is on the bottom of the jobsheet. You may complaint to apple india regarding the same and give your feed here as well. These people are interested only in sucking money out of your pockets and have nothing to do with your concern. My laptop battery was perfect and these people were asking 7k to replace and problem was with software.

If you visit personally then they will make you wait for half and hour in their stupid tiny shop

Gave a laptop for keyboard repair. I was told the keyboard needs to be replaced and it will take 5-7 days. After a week, when i went to collect it, even after (as they say) keyboard replacement, same problem persisted. It was clear that keyboard was not replaced. I was told to come next day. They perhaps reinstalled the software and it worked fine. I think they are minting money by misleading customers as well as apple.

Total waste of time and energy. I don’t get it why they have opened the store if they can’t even communicate with apple. For every small matter even when you are standing in B2x you have to call apple and every thing needs to be done twice. Totally unsatisfied with service.

BEWARE: B2x Complete trash service centre they are good for basic service done like getting mic, Speaker grill, Residual of screen guard CLEANED UP. If your PRODUCT is OUT-of-Warranty its better to take your product to different HONEST Service centre like UNICORN, TRESOR, FUTUREWORLD. B2X gonna make you feel that their Expertise or Advise they have given is a HOLY GRAIL. Their technical expertise comes with 1% FAILURE DISCLAIMER.

Its like going to the Docter for STONE SURGERY and he tells you you might DIE on the table because you FAILED to EAT HOMEMADE FOOD however if your willing to take that chance Docter should not be held responsible if you die on the table.

My advise to fellow CONSUMERS if you really had go through B2X then keep it to DIAGNOSTICS then take to Unicorn, Tresor or Futureworld for 2nd opinion just to be on safer side …. You never know after reading this feedback B2X might start charging you for diagnostics. CHEERS!

SCAM…These people are running scam and no concern with people. I went to b2x Ansal plaza delhi and they didn’t resolve my macbook issues and i was extremely disappointed and conveyed the same to these people but these guys mentioned in repair sheet that am 100% Satisfied with their service and when i made a complaint regarding the same to higher authority then nothing was done. It’s was surprise to see the all are working in sync on this and asked me to pay for nothing. 0/5 avoid visiting this service centre.

Iphone 12 got repaired well in time

This is the authorised Apple service center. Here work is done satisfactory. One has to book an appointment prior coming here.
After reaching here, one gets his turn in short time.
In addition, covid guidelines are followed there.

It is authorized apple service center. You get your phone then and there if you are willing to wait for 2 to 3 hours. You can spend time in the mall.

I visited this store for change my iphone cable because it charge very slow sometime it show dismiss, the person at the counter offered 0 help. I reached at 5: 40 and he told me that the store did close. I requested please check my cable main bahut dur se aayi and he shouted to me and told me that hme bhi ghar jana hota hai. After that he checked my cable and told me cable sahi hai meri cable thodi slow charge karti hai kabhi kabhi charge bhi nhi karti maine unhe kahan ki apki company ek bar check toh kare kya problem hai maine apne phone mein nhi Apne brother ke phone se connect karke bhi dekha hai fir unhone mana kar diya and maine unko fir bol kar aa gyi bas pgl bnate ho. I think that the person at the counter is being forced to do this JOB and have my full sympathy for his future

Can say one of the worst service partners of apple not a good place to get solutions won’t recommend at all

The worst service center of apple in the city! Staff has no clue what's happening.shop stays shut randomly! They have no clarity on what process to follow and put people on wait randomly for days. Apple should remove this center or change its staff!

They took around 3 hrs but not resolve my issue and tell to contact Apple Care.

Worst people sitting there. Hate the staff. If you go with warranty they gonna talk as if they are paying you. And many times they tell no server come tomorrow. Better go for defence colony centre.

Pathetic service center. The service provides was very very rude and does not respect its customers. His name was Mr. Tarik. Not only he was disrespectful towards men but also towards ladies. He could have taken her complaint but instead he clearly said it’s lunch time. As a result, she had to wait. When she said she’ll complaint against him, he showed attitude and said “Take my full name and go to whomsoever you wish to”. There was only one person (Mr. Tarik) attending 20 persons giving nearly 10-15 minutes per customer with all disrespects and unethical attitude. Worst service center ever. No respect for customers at all. Not recommended at all. It is better to go to the Defence Colony Center (Unicorn Authorised Apple Service Provider).

Bad service.
Kept me waiting for over one hour without any fruitful result.
No courtesy and very rude behavior.
MacBooks don’t get serviced there.
