I came to the apple service center in order to get my iphone 11 and AirPods repaired. Kayum from the service centre repaired both of the devices within couple of minutes. Best service provided by Kayum.

Tremendous and extraordinary services is something they provide, especially the staff there is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to everyone to visit there for any apple related issue. One of the best service center.

Iphone Battery replaced same day (23rd feb. 2023) within an hour, Very good experience, very polite staff, special mention - Mr. Kamal and Mr. Kayuum handled my phone and paperwork very well. Much better tham Unicorn service at Pacific Mall where they made me wait for 10 days and still no battery delivered.

Very very Bad experience! Just because of the staff working there! No Greet to the customer. Knowledge is 0 as well.

I appreciate the ability of Mr. Hitesh Thakur to resolve issues quickly for my I phone. I also appreciate the kind of patience towards his work is really remarkable.

I visited here with the issue of bottom microphone was not functioning in newly purchased iPhone via e-commerce site and I got it replaced from apple within a week.

The service centre manage Mr. Hitesh was responsive each time. This is true after sales service.

Just a disclaimer: This centre is dealing with shortage of staff as of these days due to festive season so you might face a bit delay here however stay assured as your concern will be taken care of

There is an engineer whos name is hitesh he dont know how to treat customers his behaviour is very rude i am totally dissatisfied and dissipointed by him.plz be assured hitesh is not attendin you.

That's was superb experience out there. I mean they were so polite & generous especially Mr. Ajay at reception who consults me. Although, just visit there if you want super fast & genuine service at earliest.

Too good service. Never experienced such fast service. During first visot they repaired my Mac in just a few hours. The staff is very cooperative and humble.

Best Service center ever, I reached there 1 hr before and the staff was so kind that they told they will check and will put it on software update so till the time its the store opening time they can have atleast the software part done. Very dedicated in solving customer problem.

I went in there but unfortunately I was 10 mins late. I met Sunaina there who told me they’ve closed and she will entertain me tomorrow. I wanted to ask her if I come tomorrow what doc I would need or if coming in will even be helpful because I cannot easily manage to come every day to this place for a 2K earphones! But I believe she was too excited for her shift to end and leave the workplace to even listen to what I speaking. She said she has logged out from her laptop but if she would have heard what I was asking, she would have realised she did not need the laptop! Too bad that even after spending so much on the iphones and other apple products, this is the kind pf service apple provides when we need help!

Today i met Mr. Anuj sharma at Apple Service Centre as i had some issue with my I phone, i approached many people for the same problem but unable to get any solution. At the end i went to Reliance apple store & i got a permanant solution by Anuj sharma, amazing customer service provided by him, Staff was really polite & humble. Thankyou soo much Anuj for amazing customer service.

This service center provides super fast services i.e. Expect delivery before E. T. A. Also, you stay humble and they'll coperate too.

Its located in a mall, however its an old mall.parking is by the municipality.open parking basically. Same day screen repair is not available, although it shows in your phone that this place offers it.

Worst experience with rude staff, problem still unresolved, staff behaviour is very unprofessional, doesn’t seems like apple service centre, feels like some cheap chinese brand.
If we spend good amount for apple high end products we expect better service and better behaviour.

I visited service center for macbook issue, My trackpad wasn't responding well. They were so friendly. They Ordered the part quickly and replaced it pretty well. Over all staff behaviour was great. I would recommend this service center for apple products.

There is no crowd as compared to other apple service centres and the service is fast & good.

Charged Rs. 2200 to inform that MacBook has a faulty motherboard, now asking Rs. 32,000 to replace it entirely. This is when Macbook Air 2017 could be much cheaper than repair cost. Knly one suggestion here, visit only if your money grows on Tree.

Service are good and best apple service centre in holl jankpuri they solve problem and give solutions also but little expensive

Had a great repair experience. Ms Sunaina and Ms Kawaldeep Kaur and very proficient and quick at handling the customers. Went there twice, once for Iphone repair and once for Macbook repair and got both quickly repaired for a very nominal cost.

Totally irresponsible i have given my phone 15 days ago they have just given me a landline number which doesn't work n m trying to reach every day

Only a single phone number provided is never available always busy. The reception staff doesn't have any clue to speak to the customer. They doesn't know the time given to customers should be respected. Very unprofessional.

Totally irresponsible for their job, even after promising day, they dont still repair the device n just increasing deadline day!

The most pathetic service.only one landline number is given.and nobody cares to pic that given number! Highly disappointed and also none of the staff member is cooperative.

Irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of the desk employees towards the customer making experience worst which has created negative image of big brand apple. I want to get my watch repaired. I couldn’t get the online appointment and given contact number are kept busy. So, I went to the shop and asked for the token number but due to pandemic they have stop giving token on site and not allowed to come to the shop but it is clearly not mentioned online.
