Had a really good experience with event manager Varsha. Arrangements and behaviour of the staff was really good. Looking forward to host more events with apsara banquets.

Hopeless food quality, snacks worst not even a single star

Wastage of prime located property

Tikki wala not wearing gloves, his dangerous nails were visible

Please take proper booking with proper amount so that proper quality can be given

Even a normal halwai cooks better with real taste of food

Best banquet in west Delhi.we've done 3 functions till and we've experienced same hospitality and food quality is awesome.

Snacks is not too good, service is so so.
This place is good only for small parties like b'day etc

Floor wise banquets which is really irritating for weddings. Food quality is also very mild. Yes only location is peak that anyone can easily reach there

Their is lot of difference at the time of booking.all the management team r totaly curroupt. Not recommended to my near n dear.

It was a decent banquet, my cousin had a ring ceremony Durning this covid time. As we all know in this time hygiene is our first priority. But I noticed personally there were many staff members/waiters who were not following proper precautions like (proper wear mask / gloves / hygiene etc) even i complaint their TL OR Manager 1 or 2 times.

On the other hand, Food was good and even tasty.

If you ignore this covid-19 situation, then this will be a average banquet with pocket budget.

Apsara banquet one of the best one, food was awesome very-well maintained really nice DJ, lift available for 1st floor for elder people. Enjoyed friend reception party.

Caterelay was dirty. Drinking water served in open glasses. Hygiene not maintained. Clineniness not maintained.

Ample space for a gathering of 50 people at Ground floor. Don't know about others floors. Washroom facility is very poor.

So my recent experience of Apsara Grand can be called nightmare at best.
To support this I have picked some moments from the anniversary party of my parents
1. Name plate was displayed at a place which was not visible easily.
2. No arrangements for couple dance were made even after requesting.
3. DJ was turned off early than the stipulated time.
4. Full menu that was decided upon was not served.

And one star to respect age of the manager only.

A very good place for small events.
A very good staff.
Food and atmosphere is awesome.
Prefer it for small functions.

Nice venue.located on the main road.places is value for money.recommended for family get together

This place is suitable for small gathering only.
Nearby station is paschim vihar west which is just 200meter away. Good staff!

One of our close relatives had organised a function here with close to 250-300 guests.
Food was tasty and adequate. Management was also good. Ambience was also above average but could be improved upon.
Will recommend to give it a try and also inquire about parking service.

Nice space for party. They made changes in the banquet however enterance should have been better. Food is good. Budget place for a party.

Service was good. Starters were better than average. Main course was average. Owner is friendly and a good man.

I didn't liked this place at all. First thing first, no parking arrangements. The place is really compact. They don't even have a separate decent room for the bride. Food was okay but could have been better.

Far better place compared by any other party halls. Everything was fine but need to improve the cleaness of washrooms.

Too congested and the food is just okay. Its a small hall, though nicely put up but food, stage and chairs everything in the same hall makes it a little difficult and embarrassing for the guests of honor

No proper parking space, congested entry, small place for gathering of 150+ people. Food was ok, but find a safe space before eating as anyone can bump into you because of small area.
