Editing this review again: Reason: Technician came and did nothing for the issue which we are facing and took Rs. 500/- service charge just for coming. If the issue is not solved, why is a service fee charged, in fact, the company must pay its technician this charge rather than the customer paying this charge. Now the same problem has flared up again. It is a technician's job to see that the issue doesn't happen again, however, he just left it as is.
P. S.: I find it highly surprising that technicians are asking to rate the service and product without even seeing if the product is working properly or not. Highly disappointing that a company wants to have genuine reviews on Google for their business growth without helping their customers from whom they are actually getting the business.

I was wonderful the way Mr. Abhishek installed the system. Amazing efforts and services. I must appreciate. Though I just got it installed will share feedback of the product after few days of using it.

Extremely poor service.complaint lodged on 24 Nov 21, but same remains unresolved despite several messages sent on Whats App. Mobile number is not answered by any one. Not able to contact any senior person. Can any one help please
NON-EXISTENT POST-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE Pump stopped working few months after installation. No resolution from customer care end despite multiple calls over several days. The seller's agenda is only to get rid of their product; they have zero interest in post-sales services.
Pathetic service! I have been chasing them for last one month however no one is answering the mobile or what’s app … they reading messages and mobile phones are ringing but no response …
I thinks it’s time to move on to some other service provider for new device and services
Worst post installation services.the device broke down after an year. 3days after registration of complaint when we insted on urgent resolution only then the work was allotes to on field person. Who just disconnected the device and said will need to be taken to service centre for repair and will be back in 2-3days. 4days after that I am still waiting on calling customer service they said person will be coming by evening and them The Phone goes switched off.very unprofessional attitude.
After sale service is horrible and they must learn to how to deal with customers. They give service in not less then 48 hours. My both systems have gone out of order for 3 times in last 15 days. There is no reliability of equipment and service. You will feel while talking to after sale service that he is obliging you and doing a favor to you. One should check other alternatives before taking this brand The owner should come to the rescue of customers, to save his brand value.
My complaint has been pending since 8th August 2021 but till today no one has attended it. I have given many reminders but no action has been taken. Unit is under warranty installed at P-71 South Extension-2, New Delhi-110049
Water supply in my area is very irregular and was searching for a reliable devise to help us solving this issues. Aquabrim is very reliable and they are very supportive, even the owner himself take care of the customer him self. I appreciate his support and sincerity. I vouch for them.
Very very unreliable product, unresponsive and lethargic after sales service. The sensors go bad after paid replacements, and service people just dont turn up to fix. Running motor on manual - what is the use of installing Aqua Brim?

Dear Customer, Do not buy this product because, after warranty this company do not repair or provide parts and if you insist then they will quote parts cost all most new product cost, then their customer service insist to buy again new set. There is no buy back policy or discount for old customer, so as per my experience it is advisable to not buy this product and go for local options for use and through.
