Aquilla Hikes was average as we were not provided swiss tent, Home stay was below average and food was ok.although group captain Adarsh Sharma was a fun-loving person and a great coordinator. He managed everything well and took full responsibility about everyone's safety during hikes.

My wife and I recently went to Chopta with Aquilla Hikes. Initially there were few hikups but when the trip started it was all full of adventure. I couldn't ask more than what we experienced there, it started snowing and that to be a very heavy and unexpected. Our coordinator Adarsh Sharma took a very good care of everyone and took full responsibility of provide adequate guidances and support throughout the whole trip. We were provided a very nice room to stay, awesome view from the Balcony, even can experience sun rise start from the bed. Only thing we didn't liked was the food provided by the homestay rest everything thing were inplace. I would love again to have a trip with Adarsh and Aquilla)

Travelling with aquilla hikes is amazing. I had a chance to travel with them for chopta Tungnath. We were a group of 10 people. They organized everything customizable according to us and no doubt everything including the hosts, the stay and the travel was amazing. Thinking of going on a solo trip or the trip with your friends, you can always choose them for the best experiences. Would love to plan with them again very soon. Thanks for the experience

Went to a trip with them to Chopta (for chopta-tungnath-chandrashila trek) and had mixed experience.

Ankit, our trip lead went above and beyond to make sure everyone was able to enjoy themselves. Truly made one of the best trekking experiences of all time. We played a lot in the snow and snowfall! Felt like was on a trip with close friends.
He also made sure of safety of all the group members as the path was prone to accidents.
Rest of our hosts were all amazing and friendly as well.

Coming to the cons, the stay was not great. Constantly had to go to dining hall to ask for basic stuff. They could've provided a lot of those without asking (toilet paper, lamp, mirror, hot water, etc.)

The traveller provided wasn't the best. There wasn't enough leg space to sleep and driver would play extremely loud music that you couldn't possibly sleep.while returning, he wasn't the most cooperative.had to be asked a lot to stop for dinner by our group itself.

Overall experience was good, Should provide one professional hiker too for precautionary purpose

Otherwise food, hospitality and everything else was well organised.

The best hosts I have met so far, Though it was our first North India trip and despite of having language barriers they made us feel home. Everything about the trekking package was well organised. There was no compromise at all in quality of stay, food, hospitality etc. Most recommended to all those adventurers to plan your hikes with Aquila hikes as well as for the other leisure trips they offer.

Never Respond to any calls or queries. They will see it and ignore it and will never get back to you even if you send reminders or follow up.
I travelled with them in 2019 and their service was kind of ok then so i thought to plan another trip with them in 2020 and 2021 but seems like they have forgot the value customers after gaining some business and dont value their time and queries anymore.
So i wont recommend them at all. Better to check for other tour and travelers who would at least respond to your calls.

Had the pleasure of travelling with Aquilla hikes and turned out great. The hosts were very hospitable and services were everything one can think of (in mountains). The property was beautiful, the amenities were excellent. The view of the landscape from the cabin is guaranteed to brighten up your day. Everything was well organised. This was my first solo trip.and as expected had all the inhibitions that one would otherwise have.and all of that was taken care of, and one would come back with all the happy memories and with all the love in the heart for the hosts. So I went on a trip to Udaipur with these guys and the arrangements were really good. Particularly the accommodation. Also I loved the fact that unlike other agencies they weren't pressurizing the group for anything. They were supportive and flexible. Keep up

I went with Aquilla hikes for my first trek to Kedarnath. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Highly professional and supportive they are. Being a solo traveler travelling in a group of unknown people felt safe and all the arrangements were taken care of by Aquilla hikes. Kudos to their team for managing things so well. I would love to travel with them more often.

This is my experience from their Auli trip. PS- i didn't go with them, because last minute i had to cancel. So i am thanking my stars that i did not go. This review is purely about my experience with their unequipped team before even the trip started.
This is the worst organization to plan your trip with. So don't ever book your trip with them. All they have to offer is false expectations and leaving you with no option but to cancel your trip last minute.
Especially if you are a female and planning to travel with them, JUST DON'T.
To begin with, this organisation lacks:
1. Planning
2. Organization
3. Professionalism
You outsource a trip because you want to relax right? But if you plan your trip with Aquilla, all you are left with is calling them time and again to check for even basic details like hotel (while booking and paying 3000 will be a decent one but a day in advance you will be surprised with a 2 star hotel, which doesn't even have a heater). Just 2 hours before the trip, we were informed that me and 2 of my female friends will be going by Cab with no coordinator and the rest of the group of about 18 odd people will be going by tempo traveller. For no sensible reason, out of the lot we 3 females were put in a cab separately. If an organization prioritizes your safety then they won't.
We had no option to call off the trip because no sensible organization will ask 3 females to travel alone by Cab.
Now talking about their customer dealing:
1. Your phone will be picked only till you pay the booking amount.
2. Once your payment is done, it is as if they don't exist at all, no one picks up the call, no one replies to the messages.
3. Their team is highly unequipped and inexperienced. No one knows what are the details of hotel, driver, who is the leader etc. No details whatsoever.
4. Their owner will convince with all the wrong expectations and yet on the day of the trip will leave you with no option but to cancel.
Refund:
Even when i asked for refund, Aakash agreed to give back 70 % money, but to get that refund, i had to chase him for about a week constantly messaging him and calling him. The only decent thing with this organisation is the fact that i have got my refund.
But travellers please don't waste your money.

As they say "Climb mountains not so the world can see you, but so you can see the world. ", Well i would like to add to it that not only the world, my recent trip at Kedarnath made me experience the existence of Lord Shiva. I could barely resist myself from experiencing that feeling. It was full of enthusiasm, courage above all I got to know myself a lot more.

Being a fauji, I must say the climb was not that easy I had thought. But, as the saying goes where there is a will, there is way. I found my way with Aquilla Hikes to reach Kedarnath. With unknown members in the group, thus with many unknown stories, I got gelled with the group just like that. And I was surprised and consider myself lucky enough that Bholenath was so overwhelming that I had someone to look for and to care for. I won't disclose much but my comrades at that trip know well what I am saying here. Yes, I got lucky and all the credit goes to Bholenath as well as Akash and Aquilla Hikes.

Aquilla Hikes, I wish to plan my many upcoming trips from your side. At last, I thank all of my teammates and Aquilla Hikes for being part of this great journey.

Some details from my latest trip to chopta (25 to 27 Dec, 20)

The experience that I had was pathetic. Starting from the traveler we were traveling in. The driver and the group coordinator were not aware of the routes. It took us 22 hours to reach the location (they have taken wrong routes). We were promised verbally that snacks will be provided onboard which is completely false. Every stop they took for the meal onboard was just pathetic that you can't even eat over there (they won't let the whole group chose where to stop)
Then after 22 hours we reached our location. We (group of 6) booked 2 rooms one quardshare and other double share but once we reached our camps there were only 5 camps for whole group of 25 people. We were forced to stay 5 people in one camp. Washroom of those camps were pathetic (not even cleaned). To top it adequate blankets were not available as per the temperature over there.
The quality of food that was promised to be a good was not even near to eatable state.
Then on the next morning when we had to start our trekking, our traveler was missing. We were on the roads waiting for almost 1 hours but traveler was not available. We were left with no choice but to ask for lifts from strangers and reach our location (you have to start your trek at a reasonable time as getting downs from hills at night is not recommended).
No guide was available for the group. We had to do trek without any guide on our own which is not at all recommended if you are new at this. Since we were late due to the morning thing we had to trek down in night which got dangerous without any supervisor.

To top all this the company is not at all concerned about your issues. I have called them atleast 30 to 40 times for these concerns but they are not even answering calls. Before you give them money they will answer every call of yours

They will not plan for your happy holidays, they will make it even more hectic and challenging then your normal days.

This being my first trip ever, I was way too excited for this whole experience. And to be honest, this was my best memory trip.from the starting point till end. NO complaints and no disappointments. The best trek I guess ; not because it was my first but because of the person behind this too. Throughout the journey, There was not a single point where I felt I could not do it and the credit goes to you AAKASH. I swear you were big time motivator turned into a friend. The services we got were no more less. The food, camp site and the views we got to see were so so amazing. I am so happy that my first ever trip and trek was with you guys who gave me extraordinary memories and such a good experience. My thanks won't be enough to tell how happy I feel when I came back home and felt like going again to some other destination soon.

Worst experience. No words left to describe how trashy everything was.
It was my first trip ever and they ruined it. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK ANY TRIP WITH THEM.

It was a awesome experience to travel with the group. Everything was on time and comfortable and great.

The experience was disappointing to say the least. The team really lacked profressionalism and planning. My friends and I were the ones after them to give us the details of all the arrangements made, which also kept changing as the departure date came closer & closer. Due to safety concerns (as we were a group of girls), we had to cancel our trip just a couple of hours before the trip began, thanks to shody arrangements. In short. Never. Ever. Again.

Thanks to AQUILLA HIKES for adding a mesmerising memory in my life. That was my first trek with awesome experience, made me eager to trek more, provided us a very beautiful energetic environment. It was a very great tour with Aquila hikes.

NO t behave like a professional, Guide have 0 Knowledge on Kedarnath trip, and Team Head Mr. Akash and Mr. Akshay Didn't receive call at tough situation.
Room quality is so poor in Kedarnath at -9 degree Celsius no hot water in room or not clean bathroom.

From starting trip they had no second plan in case of delay or in case of natural disaster like land slighting or Bombarding.
Second day when we start Track for Kedarnath, Guide does't have helping hands, he moved alone, No need to coordinate with all teams who's first or who's last. They never know who is in trouble.
After all when we reached Kedarnath at night 10 pm room was so dirty and smelly at that time Guide had no solutions or his Team head Mr. Akash didn't pick our call then we search self room and shifted there.

Next day due to Bombarding road was closed then we will shifted in hotel on own expenses, and then next day at mid of the highway they stopped traveller and they demand for extra charges, if we didn't pay then vehicle not moved.

I would not recommend to use Aquilla hikes service.

Even 5/5 doesn't do justice to the experience I had. This was my first solo trip where I knew of nobody in the group and yet I couldn't have felt more involved. There were people from 5 states of the country in the group truly showing the diversity. I had never done any kind of trek let alone a snow trek which is considered more difficult than others but the enthusiasm and "josh" of the group was super-high. There was nothing in sight but snow️.
Our coordinator, Rocky made the harsh snow trek possible by covering "one mile at a time". This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and I loved every thing about it. I'd definitely want to go again with them and so should everyone.

It was my first group trekking with unknown people, plus my first snow trekking. It was ossm in every way. The vehicle, the food provided, the tents, safety and the location, everything was great. Almost everyone became friends. Our coordinator Rocky was a cool guy. Looking forward for more trips.

Awesome time spent with everyone. Very good coordination and management. Prashant was a very good guide who enjoyed with us and helped us in various treks simultaneously. One the worst travel company I have ever came across they will provide you one of the worst accommodation. And if you try to call there owner or from whom you have booked your travel they won't pick your call. They like each and everything whatever they shows in their itinerary is fake. If you try to ask their coordinator any kind of questions they won't listen they just try to manipulate you. And if ask them for refund they will make pressure on you with the help locals. Total scam
Till the time you book the trip the owner will talk to you very politely but when you face any kind of issue in yout travel they won't pick your call up

I had a wonderful experience in Sept on kasol-kheerganga track. To and fro service from Delhi was as expected. We enjoyed tracking with group of 9 members and wonderful pleasant stay. It was quite refreshing.

This is my first trip with this kind of group where we all were strangers for each other. But we all 15 including our group leader were became family in just 4 days. Trip was organised very well in terms of food, stay, travelling everything. Each n everything was managed nicely and timely by the coordinator. I am really thankful to Aquilla hikes to give me this wonderful experience.

This was my first ever trek (snow trek).
Before starting the trek I would just look at the distance from afar and already demotivate myself.
I still can’t believe that I actually made it to Tungnath and came back all happy and proud, all thanks to Rocky (the trek lead).
This man always ensured that no issues are faced by anybody, took care of every little thing. The group felt more of a family suddenly, than just strangers we were travelling with. This is some art, he knew.

No network for two days straight, but did it matter?

Definitely not.

Also, CAMPS - amazing (to the ones whom it matters, all camps had attached washrooms), FOOD - Homely!

It was definitely the best experience ever. And I am sure, there will be many more such trips ahead, with them.

It was a memorable trip, not just because of the breathtaking sceneries but because of the magical people.

Laughter, care, cries, pain, fear, joy, curiosity and TRUST all packed in one little trip.

Our trip lead was “Rocky” and i believe if i have to use a word to define him, it would be “ROCK”. He is sturdy as rock, as well as entertaining as Rock
He made sure no one is left behind and everyone should experience every bit of this trip to their limits.

I really don’t have the right words and expressions to define what i experienced, i could right a book if not more and define the smallest details like the Cold water, shooting star, bonfire, maggie, bread omelette, snow, fear of heights, cliff jumping, FOX, sunshine.

I am glad there was no cellphone signal reception!

But, Everything just feels incomplete if i don’t mention “Aryan”, Careless yet careful, shy but bold. I believe he was the youngest of us all, but he was the key element of the trip, he is a true icebreaker. “aag lage chahe basti me, baba to rehta masti me”.

It was really an amazing trek experience, full of breath taking nature views, thrills and most important awesome people who add their beautiful magic to make the trip most memorable.

I had done treks before but this is my first snow trek, i didn't expect it will be so adventurous. It was 3 day trip but fun started since from the beginning and till the end of the trip.

Strangers became friends and felt like family. I shared so much joy, excitement, fear, care, enjoyment with them, they were the best part of this trip.

All credit goes to Aquilla Team and specially our trek lead 'ROCKY'. He is really a great guy, who was taking care of everyone and everything. He always ensure everyone is safe, face no issue, motivated and enjoy as much as possible.

Also, camps are very good having attached bathrooms, hospitality is very nice, homely food.

Never have I ever thought that my first ever solo trip would be this great! It was a great experience not only because I've always wanted to climb the mountains but apart from that what made this trip memorable and great was the company i had be it the fellow group members or our own trek guide Rocky Bhaii!
The way he dragged every single person to the top and made sure that everyone completed the trek that they were supposed to was commendable and what was even great was the way he made sure that every single person from the group made it back. He made sure we all came back down safely.
So, overall it was a great trip andw as worth it going with the Aquilla Hikes. Looking forward to more such trips.

Just completed trekking from gokarna this was my first trek ever and choosing Aquilla Hikes was my best decision they were amazing felt like family they took care of every1 and safety was their first priority.whole trek was filled with excitement and thrill.one of best weekend ever. It was a great experience. They are true to their word. From picking up to dropping back to delhi everything was as promised. I got value of every penny I paid. I did a tour of kasol and trekking of kheerganga on November 8 to 12.they provided a comfortable journey in AC bus from Delhi to kasol.the bus left at the right time as said the tour coordinator was such a cool highly decorated supportive experienced humble and helpful guy.he made sure no problem occurs to the entire group be it food traveling lodging or trekking. We were properly instructed and helped through out the trip.the accommodation and food was great. I would definitely like to highly recommend to try their services. This trek was an amazing experience of my life. Though I have been to many places with my friends and when you travel with known people then caring and sharing is very natural. The most striking point here would be, we learnt to care and share with those whom we are not attached to and that makes a big difference. Unknown becomes known.

The camps were good, the tour coordinator was amazing but the food was bad and very few activities were been organised by the tour agency during the tour.

Gokarna track with Aquilla hikes was beyond imagination. Gokarna has the most beautiful beaches and it was a perfect getaway for trek, star watching and listening to sea.

Very good experience travelling with AQUILLA HIKES. This was my first trekking with the people whom i was not connected with but AQUILLA HIKES made this quite a safe, friendly and riskfree trip. Had an awesome and lovely trekking time. The coordinator was very good and very helpful for making this trip a best experience. Would love to engage with them again for future trips. It was really a great experience for the two of us. The trekk leads Jay Prakash (JP), Karthik and Shweta were really awesome in managing a group of 40 members with so much responsibility. Met awesome people in the trekking and made some beautiful memories together. Our trekk was with the TrekkPool booked via Aquilla hikes. Gokarna is really an awesome place to visit. You get to go through variety of terrains in a single trekk (Beaches, mountains, forests, plains). Also, got the experience of night trekking as we were two to three hours late in reaching our destination (Gokarna Beach) where we had a camp and tent stay. Quality and quantity of food provided was pretty satisfactory. Had a little problem in the allotment of tents but that was dealt nicely with our trekk leads. Bedsheets and pillows provided in tent were little old, stinky and not very good. All other things were satisfactory.

Now my words run short when I describe about my experiences with Aquilla hikes, this time I went to chopta- chandrshila Trek, and yet again this was once in a lifetime experience. I am a travel lover and what could be better then relying on Aquilla hikes and Aakash. If you are planning to go out on cheapest trip, with best experience, do go with Aquilla hikes once. One disappointing thing was - *Traveller* which made the journey very hectic and tiring. I could not sleep the whole time. Please pay a lil attention on the traveller guys.
Also, lil work on the time management and punctuality.

He was not like a guide to us but more as a friend. He was helping throughout the trip. And if he had not taken my bag in the end I would have ended up in the mountains

Our base camp site in kasol was good. Food could have been better. I expected some non veg too but no worries.
Our camp site in Kheergana was amazing. And food was also good there with some snacks in the evening.
TREK TO KHEERGANGA will always be memorable.

Would like to travel again with you some day

We had a nice adventure trip at Gokarna with a passionate crew. We enjoyed a lot. I would recommend all for the trip and assure you that you won't regret for that.

Would definitely recommend Aquilla Hikes, specially for beginners. The whole trip was very well organised. Trek leads made sure everyone stayed together and made it to the peak on time despite having loads of fun

One of the amaizing trip I had with people on the trip, trek was awesome, guide is friendly. I have mate awesome people and enjoyed a lot. Service can be improve like staying and foods.

I travelled with Aquilla Hikes to Chitkul via Narkanda with my family (wife and sister in law) on 4th Oct 2019 evening and returned back on 9th October morning 5AM. The entire travel journey was covered in Tempo Traveller which we boarded from outside Vishwa Vidyalaya Metro Station Delhi. So be prepared for a little discomfort as the journey can be tiresome in Tempo Traveller, however the itinerary was very well planned by Aakash and he made sure that proper halts were planned.

The halts were planned in Delhi -> Narkanda -> Chitkul -> Rampur -> Delhi. The stay hotels were decent and food served was nice. During the course of journey we covered lake, suicide point, apple gardens, overnight stay in tent and campfire, trek to waterfall, visit to fort in Sangla. Aquilla Hikes staff was very friendly and took great care of my family. Infact we felt like family while traveling with them. So you can definitely plan a trip along with your family with Aquilla Hikes.

One last thing, amazing experiences like staying in tent near river in Chitkul was breathtaking which one must experience.

My first ever solo trip and started it with Aquilla Hikes, it was a wonderful trip with them but the services like camping facilities and food could have been better.
The companions were friendly and nice.

It was an amazingggg, memorable and lovelyyyyyy experience! ️️️ Trullyyy loved the company of such sweet and caring team headed by aakash bhaiya making the trip fun filled and one of the best I have ever had. It was veryyyyy economical and completely worth it making it an unforgettable adventure. Wud love to have many more such trips with aquilla hikes in future and strongly recommend everyone.
