ARC MOTORS OKHLA- SERVICE CENTER

Worst service center in delhi, no one will take any action if you complaint for anything, I suggest no to service you bike form this service center.

I visited 18 August 4: 00pm with my friends bike but advisor staff very bad behaviour and say we have not sapir parts for super splendor bike.we ready to gave bike one week ya more.

Useless service ladies staff don't have manners to talk. Nor do they know how to work. First send the message of discount to the customer. Then when the customer is at the service center, they go back on their word.

Arc motor service centre is very poor and bad because anytime issue not proper material in store and not good engineer because he was as a fresher not be a experience engineer note bike service and maintenance is very bad Arc motor service and every person talking is very bad sense

The worst service center that I have ever seen in my life all the employees are cheaters.their main moto is to cheat the customer.

Actually in this service centre there is no manners that how to talk with customers/how to handle customers. They talk politely before service our vehicle after that they misbehave with their customers.
I serviced my bike and I purchased joy ride card for next 3 free service and they give me card and payment receipt and after 3 month I went to service my bike they told that it is paid service after that I showed my joy ride card and then they told that where is payment receipt so I had no receipt and they take charge for service and also I complained but no action!

Good Experience from ARC and a special thanks to Mr. Satish (MNGR) in here, who take care of escalation and solve it in a specific manner.

Why two stars?
Some factors like its not clean or hygienic is ignorable as its a motorcycle service center. But overall experience here is not desirable.

Good things:
Some staff members are polite, smiley and greets when you communicate.
You get your bill amount on your phone through messages.
And.well no more points here i guess.
They charge ONLY ₹30 for motorcycle wash, This is amazing.

Bad things:
No one attends you when you enter here,
Most of the staff are not polite or helpful,
They just try to escape from their duty/job.
No facility for customers to sit and wait.
If you're coming here after 12PM, chances are they will not accept your motorcycle saying that its full, and no more motorcycles can be taken for the service.
Its always crowded, I understand its Hero and most of the people in our country uses Hero's products, so it's obvious for this place to be crowded, but again what are these service centers doing to manage all this?
Its a closed space workshop ofcourse, but still everyone is honking the horn, where it should be a NoHorn zone. Its very difficult to stand there for 2 minutes because of all these noise.
They take too much time to return the motorcycle, I mean around 4Hours, why?
And most of it They leave you with a very unhappy/unsatisfied feeling, you can see a little bit of dirt still there after washing and don't know if they even do their job and all the work with honesty or not.

Sab se kharab service hai theek se service bhe nahi karte hai, mughe khud ke bike service karane me. 2 baj Gaya the ek normal service ka, us me bhe meri bike ke theek se service nahi ke mobeoil dalen ke baad theek se nut tak nahi lagaya & bike ke enjan ko bhe cheq nahi karaya machines se

They can't arrange a fuel pump of karizma ZMR.
MY BIKE IS STUCKED AT THEIR SERVICE CENTRE FROM LAST ONE MONTH, AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWER.

Their service advisor try to make you fool. Please be aware and read the service manual before visiting.

Worst service centre in Delhi NCR, I have taken three times service from ACR Motors, every time worst washing and services, manager is very unprofessional, He can't accept the mistake after seen the washing of my bike.i will never recommend this service centre to anyone.

Tendency was to extract money for service not provided to me i.e. Wheel alignment, without logic,
Vehicle was not properly repaired/attended,
Clutch wire was loose, strange noise coming from rear side also

It was a good experience especially with Mr. Satish. Mr. Satish is a manger here and definitely very cooperative person. Went for my Xpulse 4V service and got it done woth ease.
All thanks to Mr. Satish and ARC staff.

Once they sell the bike there is no support or good response from the employees.
I had purchased my bike before 25 day till I have not rec'd cover and number.
Nobody is there to guide you.

This is worst service centre don't go for here giving your bike.staff behivor also not good they always taken customer very lightly.they never respect there own customer where they people earning from there.they only make. Money never provided the good service they people always giving fault never do work for it.
Don't by hero bike or dont given the bike okhla service center it's worst don't go i had my own personal experience then i had share my feedback.
