One of the pathetic post sales service I have seen from Honda.

This is to inform you that my bike no. DL3SFC 8409which I brought from ARC motors.now the problem is that the battery has stopped working so I went to RK motors, where they refused to change the battery which was in warranty period, reason was my service slip was not stamped by ARC motor so again I went to ARC motors and requested to stamp my bike's service slip, here I want to mention that I always get my service done from RK motors but Mr. Faizan who was incharge, he refused for stamping on the slip and his behaved very rudely and in harsh words said that we don't have any responsibility after the bike is sold by ARC motors.is this the way a prestigious company like yours behave with customers. I m very sorry to say that I am very much offended, I am not having any personal rivalry against Mr. Faizan or any other employee of your company but sorry to say it was a very bad experience I never expected this. Now please favor me by changing battery of my bike asap or else do the stamping on slip as already I discussed with Mr. FaizanI am facing too much trouble due my inconvenience in conveyance. Your positive response to my complaint will be appreciated.

Very bad experience! Too much delay in every proess. The service of ARC motors is worst. Last month I bought a bike from them and after one month still I didn't get my bike number.the problem which I faced were unbearable. How can a company be so rude to their customer that they didn't given bother to pick up our phone.

Worst service centre only number of vehicles per is important than giving proper service of bike untrained person are working.wearing hero dress only matters numbers of bike as many bike the more your target.no proper service is done by this service centre.very good in fooling customer and not providing proper services.due to which your bike get damage like not properly oil filling.also if your bike has accident insurance don't go to this service centre as they put defects part which resulted multiple visit but have only excuses and not providing proper output.worst service centre

I have been checking in this service center for last year regarding some issues in the scooter which is just 2years old, idk how did they do my last 4rth service, after that my scooter is being worse, i visited so many times, but every time they have different excuses, service manager (Mr. Mehra and ustaad ji daadi wale) couldn't even find the issue on my scooter. I hve called many times to their SC to file my complaint, but they don't receive the call. PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL staffs, as well as service center I have ever seen.

Staff are not behaviour. Staff makes customer fool and donot work with responsible. They submit incorrect information in RTO and not corrected.

Frauds are sitting in the showroom they was collecting ₹6 thousand file charge on loan of ₹40 thousand
