Not sure about service but they are using AIRTEL router and they don’t have their own app for payment and check status, also we can’t use our own wifi name and password

Don't waste your money and time with this Local and unproffectional broadband use Airtel and other brands broadband they don't pick call and his service and staff was really bad.

Too worst service we called them 2-3 three times, never pick their customers calls on time and even if pick the call they will say we will come but they don't come

The worst wifi network provider ever. Never pick the phone after 10pm, always advise to purchase another router when not required, connection problem every after 1or 2 days, never recommend this service to anyone

Very pathetic and unprofessional staff, recharged for 700 rupees per month but didn't get any internet speed.

Worst network service. They won't fix the problem asap, they take 2 to 3 days to fix a minor problem. There are some employees who's doesn't know how to behave or to talk like Arun Chaudhary. Pathetic speen and bad service

It's a pathetic WiFi service with network issues almost everyday of the year. There executives are least dependable they ll lie to you the entire time that network issue ll get corrected in few minutes, those minutes change to hours and then days. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in for this connection.

Very bad network unprofessional staff of specialy Gautam Nagar. 110049 they cheat the people and not solve problems.

Pl don't take the plane otherwise you waist your money

They are the biggest frauds I have met in my entire life. I do not recommend getting this connection at all! Instead please go for Airtel or some other brand.
These people took 1000 bucks from me to upgrade to 100 mbps but they never upgraded my internet. It's still running on 75 mbps speed. They do not receive calls or revert back whenever I have issues with my internet. And mind you the internet issues are 24/7 365 days. Everyday there is some or other issue! Please do not opt for this connection. Waste of money! I wish I could remove that 1 star also

They don't reply to our calls, internet down for 3 days. It is also guranteed that it will go down for 1 hour every alternate day.

I have been using their service since 8 to 10 years, their service is not bad but the promised speed is not stable though the internet connection doesn't gets out often, which is consistent enough I would say. It's a reliable internet service provider buy certainly not the best.

This is a small enterprise, owned & managed by an individual who believes siphoning peoples money with false advertising. There are in total 2-3 addn.staff to manage areas.

I would recommend all those who see the review to purchase plans of Hathway or any other internet provider. When I first time purchased Arktel internet plan the 1st month was like heaven on earth but then like GDP of India it fell drastically. Worst speed. They don't pick up the calls and have pathetic service. My mobile data speed is faster than their so called "optical fiber Internet". I don't even know who gave them 5 star rating.

They sold me an internet plan promising 100 mbps speed at @ Rs 800 with an overpriced router. The speed was good initially, but after a few weeks the speed was reduced to 30 to 40 mbps with downtime of a few hours every alternate day. Staffs are unprofessional and not supportive.

Pathetic service.very poor connectivity.will promise to provide upto 75 mbps and in reality u will get a max download speed of 15 mbps mnd upload speed of 12-14 mbps. Pathetic staffs and very unprofessional behaviour. You need to call them regularly for gst bill and may b after 7 to 10 days of constant followups they will provide you the bill. Its a headache. Want to discontinue immediately.

Extremely bad internet service. Complete waste of money. I purchased 100 mbps plan @ Rs 800.but the speed was only 40 to 50 mbps.the net doesn't work in rain.staff doesn't pick up calls.they are rude, abusive and unhelpful.

There isn't worse rating then this, this is an ash hole company, only payment required without any services

Internet stop working the same midnight I got the connection. And they do not response the call anymore.

No Proper response, unnecessary network disconnect & no professional behaviour. I have asked for support, every time they provide me a new contact person name & no.then says please connect with him.

Pathetic service.no office at the location mention in the listing.disgusting employees who talks in a rudely manner. Hardly pick up the call. Poor connection.get a speed of 0.24 mbps download when purchased a pack of 50 mbps.

Worst internet connection i have ever used. I have 2 connections in Gautam nagar and both are the worst internet connections. No solution to complaints, when you call them they are so rude, unprofessional, and dont have knowledge about there work. I have 100mbps plan but i get 40mbps. They offer you 3 months plan which is a method of taking money and providing worst connection. When they say free installation they use 2/3 wires with joints in them to connect to your router which will result in major drops in your connection.

One of the worst internet service provider. Firstly they will trap with their free router n installation like services, but then u get to know that if you purchase their 6 months plan then only you get it. Above all, they promise u with 100 Mbps speed and the highest which in a month I have got is 13mbps downloading.so I won't recommend it all.

Pathetic services, wish could have given them negative ratings. Costumer care does attend your calls. They wil give you 5 days internet supply in whole month and rest of month their net remains disrupted with none of them having any clue. Guys don't fall in their trap they are only going to cheat you with false and lucrative promises and plans.

Very rude unprofessional, no standard process, when you complain 2-3 people show up at your house, wherein just one person is needed, no one picks the call, extremely rude staff who dosen’t care about the issue and the timing of the customer.i would not recommend it

Waste of money as you are provided with no customer support

1) virtually no customer support is available

2) if network breakdowns wait for hours to get resolved.

3) to get your network recharged wait for hours and follow 2-3 ppl

4) other ppl are offering better speed than them

Fraud Internet provider dont buy it.out of 30 days it works only for 15.once there is a fault they wont fix it.

One of the most untrusted and worst Internet service providers in New Delhi.unskilled ground zero workers. They don't have proper feedback of breakdown of Internet. When customers contact them. They are busy without business. Host of unprofessional and unethical people's. As today I have written to concerned authorities to ban such internet provider. A mail had been forwarded to consumer forum and Trai to take proper action against them as per as law. I will request everyone to neglect such service provider to save your precious time. If no action taken by these authorized Dignitaries I will take them to court.
