I called HP Support to buy Care Pack for my HP Desktop. After that I got an email from ARM Infoserve.

I was little resistant a bit as why HP is asking me to buy Care Pack from a 3rd Party. And I saw some negative reviews on HP Website as well.

So I talked to an HP Personnel and they confirmed ARM is their one of the official partners.

I got a quote from them, paid the amount and boom! Got 2 years Extended Warranty for my HP Desktop. Next day I got HP Certificate of Care Pack and extended warranty reflects on my Device as well.

So here i am sharing my experience with ARM Info serve India Pvt. Ltd.so i have purchased the warranty extension on 28 - sep - 2022.for my HP Victus 16 gaming laptop for 1 year.it got extended and update on my hp account dashboard on 30 sep 2022.i have also received a certificate on my registered email id containing required details.the beginning of the process went very smooth.there was no hassle about registering or anything else. Mr. Manoj Jain from ARM was very cooperative.he guided me through the process.unlike you all i didn't went through reviews (otherwise i would have also reacted in same way) first as i got call back from ARM after inquiring about warranty extinction from HP Official customer care, so i didn't think of it.a friend of mine gone through some reviews whom i was recommending this service he was kind of unsure whether to use service or not and now i know the reason.i am quite shocked after going through negative reviews cause i didn't felt being scammed.as i didn't have any reason to worry as i called the hp customer care first, i didn't even know about this company before.so i have decided to share my experience.
