I attended Happiness Program here from 24-26 Feb. It was a very very nice experience. Sukla Didi and Rinku Didi are very humble teachers. They taught Sudarshan Kriya in beautiful way. Thanks for your guidance!

I had a wonderful experience altogether. I am practicing sudarshan kriya now for more than 2 months and i feel so rejuvenated and energised at the same time very calm n composed as a result of which my work efficiency n accuracy has been improved drastically.

I registered for Happiness program, it really helped me and it taught me how to overcome my inner bothering. The faculty there are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They are fun loving as well. There should be faculties like them in every domain. I highly recommend this course because no one is perfect and each individual has its own kind of problems. This course helps a person to become a better version of themselves.
