Very upset that they told for a delivery and sent through porter bike in which it’s crease totally gone also some damage to the lahanga work happened.
Even after spending 30-35k you are not getting a worth product.
I called and humbly requested that I am going to visit again at that time you please help me out with this issue but negative response received from Mr Sarabjeet.

Worst experience, 1st you have to wait in queue to enter and when you get a chance to enter, nobody is ready to show you anything. Arrogant staff. Don't recommend anyone. Naam bade darshan chhote

This is a horrible place. Don't come after name.no one will attend u well.staff is rude. I hated going there.

Ander toh darr ka mahol hai, shaam ko 5 bje ke baad jao.
Saare ek baar check krke lo kuki detective peice hone ke bht chances Hain.
You will get sarees starting from 300 to 15-20k that too Banarasi, silk etc etc.
Lehnga starting from 5k to 1.2 lakh

Stampede would the right word to describe how people are buying stuff there, honestly I could not find any difference in the prices or the stuff selling here and in other shops in this market, however the big strength of this shop is the huge collection under one roof, you just tell your price range and sales guy would find sarees for you in that price bracket. However finding a sales guy who is free and willing to help you is really really challenging. I would definitely avoid this place next time.

Expensive that other shops and over hyped. Below 20k you won't get any good lehenga all options are fair.

Very pathetic customer service. The behaviour of staff with customers is like customers are their slaves.

Pathetic experience
It's a over rated shop.
People are getting fooled by seeing so much of crowd and long queue.
Shop attendent behaviour is like they are doing a favour by selling their goods.
One of the most important thing is rates are the same as other shops nearby.

Place and product are good but sales persons and really bad in behaviour and talk to there costumer very badly

Very poor customer service, no one is listening customer need or voice here. Earlier when it was a smaller shop than today customer were dealt properly but now no one is caring about customer experience. All salesman wants you to visit different counter so they dont need to work. Pathetic salesman and i thing owner is not visiting this shop anymore that is why staff is so rude and careless

*Prices - Value for money
*Collection- You can get almost all the trendy stuff here. And lehnga, sarees, gowns etc
Veriety- you'll get every lehnga, saree, gown In every range and desired colour N all.
*Customer service- Very poor. They actually don't really care about customers. You really have to work hard if you want to save some money and if you want your desired item.
*Individual experience- not a good place for a person who is very choosey. Specially for sarees.

Overall a must visit place for wedding shopping. And other kinds of bulk buying. I wish I could give them at least 4 star.

It is always crowded. Good for buying sarees for gifting. As it is fixed price you don't have to worry about bargaining. It is possible that we can get cheaper option in market but for a person like me who doesn't know to bargain. This was very good place.

Updated: the few sarees we bought had holes in it and unfortunately we did not check before gifting. It was really embarrassing when relatives told us.

This is the worst place in Chandni Chowk. It’s too overrated because of it’s name. It’s crowded like Mumbai local train, you cannot check Saree properly, employees don’t care about what you want since there are non stop customers.

You will come here and only stand and won’t be able to buy anything. Very very very bad experience and attitude of employees. They don’t treat you like customers, for them customers are insects who have been infected by their name.

Staff is rude. Once you pay the amount no one will care about your stuff (no matter how much you have paid, and how costly the product was). They will just throw them out of the shop for you to collect them all on yourself (feels very pathetic when you have more than 4-5 full size bags to carry) ; like they have done some favour on you by selling their product to you.
Owner should take charge of the hospitality they are providing. Else, no one would want to visit a store where customer service is at zero level.

If you are reading this then I want to tell you that I would have given 0.5 stars if there would have been any choice for it on rating bar. Please do take care about the customer experience, and how your staff is behaving with the customer. If you aren't dealing with customer humbly then it doesn't matter how much quantity or quality of product you have, because customer would not visit again and it'll be your loss only.

Best shop in chandani chowk for suit saree and lehngas.bought my wedding dress from here and just loved the collection.

The variety is good. Rates are good. It is too crowded just. Feels like you get stuff for free the moment you enter the store. It's like snatching your piece and not buying with patience. Just that the expensive material is not that good. If you are buying stuff for gifting, you will get the best variety here. But say you are looking for bridal sarees, you won't have that good clothes. Either they are too cheap or toooo expensive.

They have all varieties.it's just your capabilities to look around and pick the best in between a ton of customers.if going on weekends then book an appointment I suggest.

One stop shopping for self and occasional shopping you will get vast range of all type of Sarees, Ladies Suits and Lehenga along with few gifting purpose shirt and suit lengths for men.

This market is good for cheap type shopping not for standard type. It was very crowded and having unmanaged and non active staff.

What they say is worthless, they are arrogant and manner less each and every staff management not to deliver your order on time. Never do shopping there it request to everyone

They need to put chairs. After all those stair climbing an elderly will need to sit. It's noisy, and if you don't like crowded place you may not like it. And the stuff is all poor quality.

Good place to see variety of suit saree and lehanga and etc. But it is a very big task to purchase because of a huge rush inside the store.

Hi we purchase many saree on 12/04/2021 but we found that one saree is not printed in the started area of saree so please we would like to change that saree. Pls help.this saree is useless for us as this is not printed properly as this is a silk saree.

Good place for dress related to marriage party. There is very much crowd. You can not find any seat to sit here. Items are costly but it's worth is also.

Many things to share about this shop
1. Wide range sarees
2. You have to wait at counter for your turn
3. After shortlisting, go to the nearby counter and get your invoice
4. Now visit cash counter, make the payment by any mean cash, upi, debit or any credit card.
5. Wait for your sarees near cash counter.
6. Once your sarees arrive, a person will call your name. Then take it and leave

Widest Range of Sarees and huge collection. Just tell ur budget and color preference and u ll get 100s of sarees to choose from

This place is very crowded all the time.you have to struggle a lot to reach auto the counter and habe to buy sarees by just viewing it in the boxes or polybags and they will only show you colors available.the prices are very low as co.pared to other places

You have to stand in the queue to enter the shop. After entering the shop you will find that there is chaos in the shop due to over crowd. But you will definitely find a lots of variety of lehanga, curta, Sarees and other stuff. To avoid crowd try to go either in early morning or late in the evening.

Senseless Mayhem of people. Arun vastra bhandar is like kumbh ka mela. Its a city in its own. Undoubtedly infinite variety of Indian clothes but useless craziness of people makes it super overcrowding

Cheap and good dresses. Very crowded and very loud. No crowd control at all, the security staff only makes sure that nobody is carrying anything unbilled!

You'll get quality clothes at very genuine price. A perfect place for wedding shopping. Though there is huge crowd in the shop, they need to manage a bit better.

It's good for lahengas collection. But it's too much rush. People are fighting for get inside the shop. 1 km long line and 4 hrs.waiting in queue in covid times to get into the shop.

Worst management it's like fish market.
Even for wedding dresses you need to decide very quickly and that's the moment you dissatisfied with what you choose.

The place is a wonderful option if you want to buy in bulk and reasonable price. The line for entry is too long with management.if God forbid something wrong happen their is no proper managment.

Place is a kind of given much hype. There is always a que for entry. Long ques inside building. Many employees almost 300 to 400 inside premises. Entire scene looks like fish market on weekends. I would recommend to avoid this place during covid

Plzz don't go there and don't make it famous bcz guys they are not selling for free. This shop exist bcz of our money. If they show u the attitude. Show them that customer can do anything.

If there could be a zero star option i would give that too.there was no maintaince for the people inside the store who had already been waiting in the long queque outside.no proper counters for the customers to do shopping properly everything was a mess inside.it was a big hectic for me today.i feel bad for the people who waited outside in the queue for hours because it wasn't worth going inside
