Very Bad services, I changed a casio wrist watch cell, charged 350 rupees and cell is dead after 9 months.

Very classy showroom, the lady showing us the wall clocks was a bit rude in her language such that we were trying to be extra polite to keep her calm.

THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED REVIEW. I had a very Good experience! To begin with I received the reference from another very reputed watch company. I had no doubt whatsoever that they will do a fine job. I was pleasantly surprised with their 'go above and beyond' attitude. My two branded watched needed to be fixed- they collected it from my residence (within 10 kms radius) almost immediately after I made a call and was given a cost estimate on the phone and they delivered it after fixing it. No pick up / drop off receipts were exchanged (only invoices for service delivered) Totally trustworthy and the job will be done well. Very happy and assured with their reasonable prices and excellent service. I am a happy customer.

The man who fixes watches here has amazing hands. He works with precision and charges way less than he ought to in my opinion. They also have a good collection of watches.

But choose and inspect the item which you're buying extremely carefully (online and everything) because once your money is with them their attitude changes.
Had a bad experience few days back. I was sold a defective watch and had to go through a hassle to get it changed with a different one as the same one was not available and they were not even ready to order it so that i could collect it a few days later.
Worst of all, it was a bday gift.

Pathetic services provided by the Arun watch company.
I have given my Casio watch to change battery & watch glass on 27-09-2019. After 1 week when I went to store for recieving my watch, I came to know that the chronographs of my watch is not working so they told me they will repair it and will give me a call once done But I didn't receive any call from Arun Watch.
So I called them today morning and confirm about the watch, the person said yes u can come and pick the watch. When I went to store the repair man start saying that it is not done till now. When I started saying why you have not said this over call so he said that you can wait for 30 min we will provide you the watch.

So I waited for 30 min there in the showroom only, after that when I received watch and came home and see my watch
"The glass panel & glass of the watch is not there"

This is really shameful for ARUN Watch that you are providing such pathathic service.

The sales staff try to sell the old/outdated stock. I was fooled few months back. I choose a Casio watch for my husband but the sales person convinced me to buy a G-Shock watch, which was old/outdated. Since I am not a gadget friendly I didn't notice the difference.
When I look for the same watch on online store, I was surprised with the price and the issued version as well. I would not recommend the shop to anyone.

A nice watch shop and service centre for maltinational watch companies. Verity of watches with good collection is available at good prices. Easely noticeable from main road of Green Park. SDMC paid parking is there. Service centre charge high price in comparison to the services provided. I gave my sieko kinatic watch for repair, which took more than 4 months to get it repair, stlll the repair work is not satisfactory.

Reaching there is not an issue, hardly 50 mtrs.from Green Park Metro Station. Can be easily be located from the road as well.
