In Aruna Asaf Ali hospital, the staff also sleeps mostly at night and the behavior of the doctors is highly criticized. The doctor of my 2 year old child has been biting since 4 days and the parents say that this fever will not end till the time of viral infection. Third class emergency service. They don't have medicine, oxygen and nebulizer mask. Doctor used to sleep at night duty.if an emergency case come they use to shout on the patient due to disturbance in their sleep. Language of doctors like munna bhai. They behave very rude, unprofessional, unethical. Dr.urgently need counseling. I had gone to the hospital at night 3: 40 a.m as I was unable to breathe properly. Dr told me in munna bhai style "mast sans chal rahi hai tumhari kuch nhi hua hai jao yaha se. Wo need se uth k aai thi or bht badtamizi se baat kar rahi thi. Her name was kancha.

Here is emargency services are not getting serious and also outside Parking is paid parking

I miss you Dr.sadaf i heard u get transferred to another hospital.u were the only in ear department who was really giving attention to her patient were providing best treatment.

Staff is nice and friendly. Hospital is equipped well. Doctors have good experience and treat the patients well.
Everything is free of charge. Hospital maintain the cleaning well. But some dogs walk around inside of the hospital. The hospital management should pay attention to this problem and take steps to solve it.

Staff is not good also doctor. September 2022 ko humne apna baby boy khoya hai doctor ki laparvahi ki vajah se vahan per koi bhi staff ya doctor bilkul bhi seriously nahin lete hain patient ko.

Staff is nice and cordinative. Hospital is equipped well. Doctors have good experience and treat the patients well.
Everything is free of charge.

Have brought my wife at 12: 30-45 pm, these people have got the recruitment form made, till now there is no hearing and their stomach is hurting a lot.

Recently I got vaccinated from here. This place is so good in the heart of Delhi, surrounded by greenery all around making it clean and green. Also, staff is so cooperative and well behaved.

अरुणा आसिफ अली गवर्मेंट अस्पताल में कुछ डॉक्टर ऐसे हैं जो मरीजों को दवाई देने से साफ मना कर देते ऐसे ही वाक्या मेरे साथ आज हुआ पिछले दो सप्ताह से मैं यही से दवाई ले रहा हूँ मुझे ठंड लग कर फीवर आ रहा है आराम ना मिलने के कारण आज शाम लगभग 8 बजे इमरजेंसी में गया जिसमें डॉक्टर ने दवाई देने से साफ मना कर दिया और बोले कि OPD से आपकी दवाई चल रही हैं वही दिखाओ और जब मैंने कहा मुझे आराम नही है ठंड लग कर तेज़ फीवर था उन्होंने फिर कहा कि कही ओर हॉस्पिटल में ले जाओ हम नही देखेंगे और जब मैं गया था तभी पुलिस वाले किसी दो कैदी को चेकउप के लिए इमेरजेंसी में ले कर आये थे क्या यही दिल्ली सरकार की नीति हैं क्या यही डॉक्टर को करना चाहिए

Excellent Govt. Hospital with state of the art facility. Treatment is absolutely Free along with no medicines cost. Hospital Staffs are cooperative and they dont make any delay.

Over all a good experience in a government hospital for the first time.

The doctor here is very dirty, my stomach is hurting and after 2 months the date has been given for ultrasound.

इस हॉस्पिटल मै ना तो डॉक्टर मरीज से ढंग से बात करते है। ना ही हॉस्पिटल का स्टाफ मरीजो से ढंग से बात करता है। और यहाँ के डॉक्टर मरीजो को सस्ती दवाई तो हॉस्पिटल से दे देते है। लेकिन ज्यादा कीमत की दवाई कभी भी यहाँ से नहीं दी जाती और कहा जाता है कि ये दवाई बहार से ले लेना अगर किसी मरीज के पास पैसे ना हो तो वो महँगी दवाई बहार से कैसे खरीद सकता है। किसी की डॉक्टर या हॉस्पिटल के स्टाफ से पहचान है तो उसको वीआईपी ट्रीटमेंट दिया जाता है गरीब मरीज तो सिर्फ यहाँ लाइन में धक्के खाता है।

This hospital is good, but only for staff and otherwise nurses are not coprate with patient.
My wife was pragnent and after operation 1st day good service and 2nd day she's shifted in 3rd floor labour room and she don't have any single bad, 1 single bad = 3 patient already shifted. But single bad provide the staff patient. My wife feel lots of pain that time. I Am very disappointed for this type of service. Dear kejriwal sir you have make lots of work in delhi, I know that but please solve this problem also.thanks VIKAS

This hospital is good for general diseases and the staff is also good and hard working. And cleanliness is also a good aspect here. Specially senior Doctors are too generous and helpful. And emergency staff is also active.

Worse ent doctors.
They do not care anything.
, they are very rude.and they not dignose your problem not give you proper treatment.
