In response to my son's complaint regarding cheating by you in supply of old and defective refrigerator costing 70k+ let me inform that replacement was not at all because of you but our continuous follow up with Bosch Regional office. Truth is that you stopped picking up our call. Further, replacement was only after 37 days and not 7 days as claimed by you.

Despite multiple requests to change the refrigerator, they did not heed to any requests and kept on saying it’s a new piece. This retailer and its sales person Sunil are nothing but a cheat.
