The reviews are fake just open any one review where they mentioning about it saved there life for example tanu sharma a person with critical ailment cannot tevawl to 20 different cities in one month and give reviews of diffrent restaurants and pubs when the person is not well so just check on the quality of reviews once which are all fake

Staff, doctors all were busy giggling around, no number system, went for an ultrasound but we waited for 1.30 hr and still even after waiting for that much time, the reason they told for delay was that we didn't had your adhar number on the file. This was so annoying, and unprofessional as they were least careful with their waiting patients. Dont waste your time, this may lead to something serious with your loved ones. A BIG NO

Never visit this diagnostic centre. Very careless and irresponsible. I was given an appointment of 10 in the morning and the doctor came at 11. There are many other diagnostic centres out there do visit them but not this one.

Squarelfibroscan is the pathology that is most effective there. The finest ultrasound centre in Delhi runs incredibly effectively.

The local doctors complete x-ray examinations quickly. The staff here is deserving of praise as well.leading lab in Delhi.

Pathetic service. Almost wait for 2 hours but ultrasound not sound. SRL Diagnostics falsely refer here without informing us. They said cab will take you to our centre. But here picture is completely different.

Terrible experience, unprofessional and careless staff. Went there for my brother’s MRI. Firstly they were unable to find vein for saline. After much struggle it was injected incorrectly and the hand got swollen. After complaining they tried again only to leave the cannula without a lid which led to lot of blood loss. If I could, I wouldn’t give it even a single star.

This testing lab is amazing. Specially Radha Mam is so helping and caring towards her patients and moreover this lab gives tests report very fast and authentice one. I am veru much satisfy with their service.

Won't recommend the lab to anyone, they have differentiated prices plus huge waiting time. The response from the medical team is extremely poor. The medical team needs to add some basic humility and less ego to themselves.

I hv done my anomaly scan in health square bt it takes hardly 10 mins. I hv also done this in my previous pregnancy in other lab that time it takes 30-45 mins. I also talk with other women's about it and came to know that it takes minimum 30 mins. I m worried about my reports.

To All people specially Afghans I would like share my experience regarding the test and management of this place. I showed the test to my doctor he did not accept the test from this place and my doctor made me to redo the test somewhere else. About the management, The management is very weak and the staffs are not professional and do not behave with a decent professionalism. If you make a phone call regarding your reports they do not answer the phone. If they answer the phone they will probably answer after 20 phone calls. They say they would let you know and confirm the report after hanging up the phone they are gone! Some staff are layers. I strongly urge the owner of this place to bring the best improvement in regard of everything in this place from A-Z. Otherwise this place will lose its business soon.

Too much crowded place. No special care for Covid 19. Staffs are good and humble. You can get good discounts if booking is done via agents or online apps.
Accuracy of report is not so good. If you are planning to test for some serious disease before surgery then I will not recommend this place. But for the routine check up this place is good.

Usually they take more than 1 hour for USG report. For MRI, CT etc they take more time.

I am a surgeon, and the contents which are expected in the report, and not even mentioned. How will the doctor advise to his patients? I dont know who is the radiologist? Dr **** (the radiologist who must be in too much hurry to just to do tests of other patients waiting in the queue.) They even deliver the reports so late, while any quality of report. I, in fact vote for zero stars not even one.

Very disgusting place and very much over charging be aware if someone recmmends you this place especially from Aiims.they provide you free transport from Aiims to this place but you never know how much you are paying and how long you have to wait.

These people have agents in Aiims hospital they recommend you here I have seen many patients recommend here from aiims. I have been waiting for 2 hours for x ray the service is so slow and over priced bcoz of commission. I will never recommend you here.

Waste of time and money

Went in for some tests. Very unprofessional atmosphere and nobody seemed to care about the patients. It was more like a supermarket. Staff not helpful and very loud.

These people don't even deserve 1 star. Worst service ever.
I did my HSG test here. & I regretted doing it here. The gynae dr.which they call over here, didn't do a good job. This was such an imp.procedure & she was in such a hurry to finish it, talking on the phone continuously. I was in such an intense pain wgen she inserted the dye through the instruments. Never experienced so much pain in life. Handling of instruments was v.poor.
I was literally screaming with pain & crying.
She didn't bother to give me any local anaesthesia for a procedure like this (which is given everywhere else). It was done in a simple x-ray room, with no cleanliness at all, no place to rest my legs. I was literally hanging them in air during the procedure which caused more pain.
I'm experiencing the worst pain of my life.
Normally pain subsides within 3-4 hrs.
Mine is going on since so long. I can't even walk or stand straight.
After d procedure the staff didn't even care to give me any sanitary napkin for the bleeding. Thank god i had 1 in my bag. Worst place to get any test done.
V. Unprofessional staff, no uniforms, no politeness. Everything was a mess.

Very Cooperative staff and Diagnostic center with a human touch. We did not feel heckled by the process at all. I will surely recommend this for everyone.
