I called their emergency number, Prateek was very proactive and mobilised support within no time. I was transferred to Kullu for treatment and then I got my surgery done in Kochi back in home. My friend had a really bad experience would not recommend this insurance to anyone. I recommend it to my friend so I feel very responsible and he hurt himself and they did nothing to make his situation easier total fraudsters pls don’t use them.

​We are a trekking tour operator for more than a decade now. Due to the increasing necessity of insurance in this adventure activity we started taking various plans from ASC 360. In 4 years one of our trekkers needed help for a minor accident on a mountain and Prateek settled the claim smoothly while coordinating with various parties. He has sound knowledge on this domain and understands his job.
However I strongly suggest that they can implement a smooth issuing of insurance policies, possibly through a dedicated portal for their clients to make things easier and faster.

I had recently taken ASC360 insurance for my biking expedition to Himachal. Paragliding, rafting and other adventure activities were part of the trip. We were a group of 7 bikers. One of my riders met with an accident near Mandi. ASC360 assited us with hospitals nearby and arranged bike pickup upon request. My friend had to get a small surgery when he got back to Delhi. Claim process was easy and we got our claims in full except some deductibles. Thank you Prateek and Team for all the effort. Highly recommended.

Worst experience!
One of my friends got an insurance from them. He is trying ti file an insurance claim but ASC 360 has been unresponsive so far. Even if someone picks up the phone, they just hang up upon listening to the concern.

This insurance company is a total fraudster.they are happy to take ur money n rip you off.please do not take this insurance n feed their negativity to cheat people (customers) who pay the cover n do not receive any coverage for insurance claims.during these difficult times now where everyone's facing problems.this company is happy to make things worse for you. Exceptionally professional team. I got stuck at Mori in Uttarakhand due to bad weather and landslides. They covered my rescheduling charges of flight back home and the cost of extended stay. The process was very simple and easy.

Best company for Adventure and sports insurance in India. All my travel plans are covered by them. There was a delay in my recent trek to Sar Pass due to bad weather. They covered all the rescheduling charges.

My trek to Everest Base Camp became a nightmare by the time I reached Tengboche with severe AMS. My blood oxygen level dropped to less than 55%, my guide contacted ASC360 and arranged a Heli rescue. I would have got into serious touble or even lost my life if I was not evacuated on time. Thank you very much for the immediate response and action.

Scamsters! It's rubbing salt in your wounds (literally) if you have to go around following up for claims that they never gave! Unresponsive and evasive after my friend met with an accident! Stay away from this company.

Best experience from taking insurance policy to settlement of claim. Had taken policy for Paragliding training and had to claim OPD reimbursement due to ankle sprain.
