Ashok Bus Service

Very poor service.staff dont know how to talk.booked seats not given to the passengers.they manage according themselves.they keep shifting to in different buses.if boarding time is at 7.40pm they start bus by 10 pm.basically its like first come first serve. DELHI TO KATRA BUS SERVICE is very poor.they took 18 hours to reach destination.seats are terrible.please never ever go in ashok bus

चोर कंपनी है इनके पास गाड़ी के काग़ज़ तक नहीं होते सवारियों का शोषण करते हैं घूस देके गाड़ी छुड़वाते हैं सवारियों से भरी बस थाने मैं खड़ी रहती है तीन घंटे तक गाड़ी तक नहीं रोकते ड्राइवर ना खाने के लिए फ्रेश होने के लिये आपको अपने परिवार से प्यार है तो अशोक बस सर्विस मैं जीवन मैं मत कही जाना ।।

This bus service is not good. Even every staff behavior is not good.they give abuse to everyone (male and female), running time not good.all services not available even water bottle also not provided. I will never ever suggest to travel with this bus services.and specially not travel bus number 2606 (UP number). This bus driver and all staff behavior not good.they abuse and shouted on all visitors.very very very very very very very bed services from this travel agency.keep safe your self and your family please.thank you.and one more thing. Don't go on its review. All are fake.thank you.

Such a poor service they are only charging the amount for ac bus such a pathetic staff and worst bus experience, please do not travel with this bus.

This is one of the worst bus travel and tour. Never ever travel with them. No manners of talking to the
Passengers. They will leave you mid way. We paid them extra for our bus compartment still we were stranded and absolute horrendous service. Our bus was suppose to leave at 9P.m, instead of that our bus started at 10P. M from kashmere gate for Katra. In addition to that our bus was delayed by 4 hrs. Also, we were provided with no bus then we had to take a non-ac bus. Moreover, they had switched of the charging points. It was not working. Absolute pathetic.

A very strong advice never travel with them. They will ruin your entire trip.

I recently used Ashok Bus Service for my travel needs, and I must say it was a terrible experience. The buses were in very poor condition and looked like they hadn't been maintained for years. The seats were uncomfortable and dirty, and the air conditioning was barely working.

To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful when I asked for assistance with my luggage, and they didn't provide any information about the route or the schedule. The bus was also late, which caused me to miss an important meeting.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using Ashok Bus Service. The terrible condition of the buses and the unprofessional behavior of the staff make it a complete waste of money and time.

3.duration of the journey by thr bus to reach any destination is 17-18 hour without any traffic
4. They dont have any fecility there service is very bad.

One of worst bus i have ever seen driver is very rude not responding calls and no space for luggage bus is very conjusted inside the bus full of luggage not hygeine very bad service highly not recommended zero rating also not deserve these people bus is over loaded

It was approx 1 hour late, tracking link was not working properly and didn't pic call almost 1 hour.

I never ever requmend any one to book this bus for any where because they are completely Chester's because today third time I suffer in this bus.because I book the ticket at jammu for delhi he told me the departure time is 10 pm but start from there 11.30 pm which make me a big prise of it I lose my job 2rd I lose my business appointment too who is responsible of this so pls pls don't book this bus in ur present and future journey. Worst service. As driver stop the bus in midway of j&k said diesel is finished. We are help less we have a prepaid no.as u all now that no prepaid no. Is not working.
So we request u to please dont go with ashok bus services. From red bus or any other Peletform.

Very bad experience.really disappointed with their services.there is no cleanliness even not satisfying there way of talking.giving wrong time for departure.totally Paisa khau log.they r taking charges for luggage.

Worst Service, 5 घंटे बस में बैठाए रहेंगे और कहेंगे सिर्फ 20 मिनट में बस निकलेगा । AC काम नहीं करता है, रजाई कंबल देने को बोलते है कुछ नहीं देते है अगर किसी ने मांगा तो गलियां खाने को मिलेंगी। बस के अंदर का हाल देखकर कुछ लोग उल्टी कर दिए। बाहर का हाल देखने में ऐसा लगता है जैसे बस में आग लग गई थी कल। ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर को हिन्दी बोलने वालो से बात करने का तमीज नहीं है, अगर कोई व्यक्ति Nepal या North East से है तो उसको ‘तू ’ और गलियां देकर बात करते है। बस के मालिक को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है। घटिया service

अशोक बस सर्विस के ऑफिस कर्मचारी को फ़ोन पर ग्राहक से कैसे बात करना है इसकी तमीज़ बिल्कुल नहीं है।

Very bad service on the road, unhygienic, too much delay service, not punctuality, unprofessional staff,

The people there are nice and they willake sure you are on the bus, they even took care of luggage because there was a 4 hours hault for me. The only thing is they charge too much, the ticket prices were a lot expensive then they should be. Just because I had no choice but to buy the tickets

Very bad experience. Seats are very congested. Really no space for 2 persons in sleeper seat, but the conductors would just sack them up.

One of the worsted bus service I have ever seen, driver was drunk and also passengers on back seat were drinking inside, when I told driver he said ese hi chalta hai yaha. Now again he picked up and loaded a lot of big boraas of a stranger passenger for money, that big boraas covered the whole in out gate and the driver said, jisko complain karna hai kar do mai ese hi krunga. Pathetic bus conditions totally dirty bus with broken seat doors.

Very poor service. Not recommended at all better go for VOLVO. Their bus took almost 18 hours to reach Jammu. Also behaviour of staff is rude. Zero rating.

No punctuality. Please don't trust. Drives leaves in the middle of nowhere and says "gaadi age nahi jayega" congested sleeper. No pillow no blankets nothing.
