And this Ashwini Communication behaviour is like they did paid Promotion on Google. This having fake Google ratings. Don't Visit this place. Search somewhere else.

Worst experience in a service centre. The staff was so rude that the didn't even try to listen to the customer.

Worst experience worst staff. The behaviour of the staff was so rude that they didn't even try to listen the customer. I really disappointed towards their behaviour.

This is the worst service center i have ever visited, they don't know how to communicate, even refuse to help, i would suggest not to visit.

Staff is good over here. Although i have to wait for half an hour to replace my Boat earphones but service was okay here.

After standing with crowd for a few hours I ran for my life and decided to live with my impaired airdopes. If you are free in your life you can certainly go there to struggle.

It's not spacious only 2 counters they have
And tie up the services Brand too much.
The product availability is also poor,
U didn't resolve your problem in 1 visit u have to come again follow the long queue and then wait for the product availability the u"ll Won the War. #if u lucky

Very crowded as the service is good frm these guys. If u want ur wrk to b done thn pls be on time working hrs 10-00AM to 06PM Sunday is off. Mbl no. Doesn't wrk

They provided good service if you want replace your boat product you need to soft/hard copy of original bill so easily and quickly services you will get. If they have your replaced product they will give you but not available they ship in your address.

I got my headphone replaced. You have to provide information asked by them and you can get it replaced.

If you are here to claim warranty.
There is only two person who can solve your warranty claim.
So, there is lot of waiting time.

Very crowded nowadays, because of other service centers are closed. You have to wait for hours for your turn.

There are total 3 counters but only 1 was operable.
But overall service is fine. You can get your replaced device easi8

Very very bad experience they said to deal this problem with customer care, they can't do anything in this.i have waited 2.30 hours for replacement but they just rejected me and forcefully push out me of the door

My boat airdopes 402 stopped functioning properly just within 3 months after buying. This service centre being far away away from home i was confused between buying a new earphone or going to the service center.
I decided to give the service center a shot before shelling out 2000rs again.
They took my earphones for replacement without any hassle and I just got a new unit delivered to my doorstep before writng this review. Lets hope this one doesnt malfunction

I am just sharing my experience as i visited there personally. I hope it'll help you to some extent.

A good response team, Professional, Cooperative & Humble.

Service centre opens at 10: 00 AM everyday (Except sundays & govt holidays), so if you reach there by 9: 45 AM then you'll not have to wait longer. Token system is available there.

Have patience, wait for your turn, explain you queries clearly & they'll sort it out. The Product and Bill must be there with you.

For replacement, after the completion of paperwork, if they have the same product as a new one then they'll replace it hand to hand, otherwise they'll deliver it to your address within 15 working days.

It takes 15 minutes by foot to reach there from Karol Bagh metro station. You can take e-rickshaw for your comfort, they charge around 15-20 rupees per passenger.

An advice to service centre owner/manager. The no of executives should be increased to resolve more queries in less time. Space for seating should also be expanded systematically. Otherwise it is good overall.

Such a poor service. In my earphone there is no issue still they doesn't do replace them. I will never suggest anyone to take any electronic device of boat. Its service is very bad.

Token system is available here, perfect place to replace unserviceable boAt earphones, it will take hardly 15-20 minutes to replace your earphones

It is mostly popular for the service of Boat headphones. I want you to suggest to purchase original product of boat because lots of people have been returned back due to his/her duplicate product.
This place is not at the front so you would be confused in finding this place. You must find "Vijay Sales" at first & then this one.

No proper signage, deep in the building, you will have to ask your way to the outlet if coming for the first time.

Just a problem of locating it, a it took me some while and a few calling to reach it.

All you need is a print of the bill which came on the mail for replacement of boat products purchased online.

Shop is hard to find,
Nearest landmark opposite vijay sales shop,
Nearest bus stand is Prahlad market and Nearest metro stations are karol bagh or shastri nagar,
I would prefer shastri nagar metro and then take electric rickshaw frm shastri nagar metro station towards karol bagh,
There are 2 service centres (lava and intex name on shop boardings)
They replace and repair products for LAVA INTEX PANASONIC BOAT GIONEE IBALL.
Less space inside office.

Staff is friendly. Shop is in deep in building named Intex service center. Call them before visit.
