Hey everyone this side is monti rana my ig - ranafitness11 and I’m a powerlifter. I have Competeted in Delhi open benchpress championship which held in asisfitness private gym. It was an amazing experience in asisfitness private gym and the owner is very humble guy. He has a lots of bodybuilding experience. Nice physique
Gym equipment are very amazing, they have alll the olympic weight, fully ac, I think you have to go for it.

This is a very nice gym, It has the best quality equipment and very good coach available, I've been training for a while now here and Ive had good vibes will definitely recommend

Amitesh is a to the point training professional ; he has great knowledge about nutrition and body analytics.
He helped me tweak some basics trainig methods which did wonders for the recovery of my knee tendons.
