I had my own wedding, the experience and the feel was amazing
However on the menu the manager promised a lot while we were doing booking, later he denied lot of things during the final day

Our function was on 4th may, on terrace hall area. Sorry to say but never experience such a bad hospitality. AC was not working. Very bad service by the waiters.

This is a fraud banquet chain, including Rajwada Palace. They take the advance money and the owner back out/ run away at the last moment keeping the customer hanging and in a miserable condition to pay more money 15 days prior the function.
We strictly not recommend this banquet chain to anybody.
Horrible experience

Food over here is average.even basic strawberry ice cream is not upto the mark. Hall is good. Parking is a big problem.even valet took ten minutes to bring back my park they parked at distant location.

Most disgusting banket in delhi ever seen.
No staff service.no management.food was pathetic. Every guest was complaining regarding the food and services. Even mentioning about the stale food, nobody took care of it.staff just do the fake promises.highly not recommended to everyone.

On 10th April '22 we hosted Lunch at this venue. Aaahhhhh! Worst ever experience.
Poor uneducated staff, switching Off AC in Event hall during the event deliberately, so poor service, angry staff, Senior manager too was so aggressive that in order to cover staff faults, quarelled with guests, made them stand in heat outside Bridal Room for more then half an hour.
Terrible experience! Owner of this Banquet was equally shameless, no acceptance of faults and instead money monger.
Guys, this was the worst ever experience wherein I felt so ashamed in front of my guests and these guys have not a single drop of shame of what they did.

Want to drain your money or waste it then only go and enjoy the worst ever experience of such pathetic guys. One more thing, this owner has a more Banquet Rajwada, just think what's gonna happen if you visit or book either of them.

Maybe these reviews will save your hard earned money. Very very shameless guys.

Food is good ambience is good service is good but event management team is not that much professional on cold smoke time they forgot to turn of the AC and at varmala tome all smoke went to back side of the stage

Atlantis park venue is one of the best to organise marrige functions, the organisation team is remarkable

Good place for family functions like anniversary, pre-wedding functions, birthday celebrations etc. Gathering of 150-250 can accommodate easily here. Vallet parking is available. Food quality is decent. Easy to locate.

Wedding hall, very typical of North Delhi. Professional but difficult to reach and park vehicles. Food is OK

Atlantis park ballroom is an amazing place to celebrate your birthday, marriage or any special function.
This place is so beautifully designed and it's food is also very good.
Staff is also very nice plus the lady over there will make you feel like boss.
It's a very place to cherish your special moments of life.

A place good for small get together, small parties, place for 80 to 100 people.food was not good

Excellent place to host your special moments/days. Decoration, ambience, staff approach everything is perfect. Food is especially good and very well cooked, from starters to main course to deserts everything deserves 5*. However the management needs to work more towards the cleaniness & hygiene of washrooms. Rest all perfect.

A Banquet hall, Great to host wedding and Parties but the Surrounding area is not well. Its not on the Main road and one has to go through Small alleys to reach there. Staff is good but management is slow and Catering staff hides stuff and one has to look around a bit to find whats needed.

Beautiful wedding destination, i attand a today lunch over there, in the summers everyone want a chillar space, now a days as outside temperature around 48.but they have very good system of chilling.nice management, professional staff

PATHETIC AND THE WORST BANQUET AND BANQUET OWNER I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. WE BOOK THERE GROUND FLOOR FOR MY SISTER WEDDING BUT AFTER WE BOOKED THEM WE GOT A CALL FOR CANCELLATION AS THEY GOT ANOTHER HIGHER BOOKING. WHEN ME AND AND BROTHER VISIT TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE WITH THEM AS WE ALREADY INFORM THE BOYS SIDE FOR VENUE. THERE OWNER VIKAS AND HIS FLORIST SONAM ARE WEIRD PERSON. SONAM IS ONLY A FLORIST AND I DNT KNOW WHO GAVE HER THE AUTHORITY TO INTERFERE AND MISBEHAVE WITH THE GUEST. EVEN OWNER VIKAS ALSO SUPPORT HER. I DNT KNOW WHY THE OWNER SUPPORT A FLORIST FOR SUCH THINGS. WHAT I GUESS. HMMMM. LEAVE THAT IS THERE PERSONAL LIFE BUT ABOUT MY OPINION NEVER GO WITH ATLANTIS AND THERE ANY BRANCH FOR YOUR FUTURE FUNCTION.

Flower decoration was impressive. It was well decorated on the stage, entrance and the tables.

Food was hell a blockbuster. I was impressed by their quality, mannared staff and serving standards.

Nice place, spacious, didn't like color of tiles though. Grayish. But that's a personal opinion. Food was good, vallet available. Ample of parking space

My nephew function held there, number of snacks and food was uncountable, menu was very good, nice decor and cooperative staff

Attended a wedding function which was marvelous. The entrance is so beautifully decorated that you would be impressed in your first look.

The food was tasty and well garnished especially the pasta and the nitrogen icecream.

The staff was also perfect. They offered us food which was fully garnished and hygienic.

The washrooms are also very clean and hygienic.

They didn't gave pasta in a small plate for a child they said u have to take the main dish plate only. On requesting also the counter person clearly refused. Then for the sweet dish we requested for Phirni and the counter person said the phirni is for the main guests only.the basis thing someone looks for is the service.with this kind of poor service I will not recommend Atlantis park ball room to anyone.

Worst experience in lifetime ever. We booked the banquet for wedding and pay the 25% as advance payment to mr. Kundan the sales manager atlantic ballroom after confirming from the owner mr vikas. After sometime they called us and cancelled the booking as they got booking for higher member. When we asked them then they compensate us with extra amount for cancellation booking. When we not agreed for that then they behave like goons and threatend us by owner and staff member present at that time. Worst banquet seen in life.

Have been here to attend a wedding function, the entrance itself is so soothing that you would be very much impressed.

Flower decoration was quite impressive. There was wonderful decoration at the entrance, tables and on stage.

Food was hell a good show stopper, i had almost everything (vegetarian) and i was impressed with their quality, serving standards and mannered staff who offered us things quite nicely.

Overall a wonderful experience, i would recommend you to take the place for any function, the hall size is huge and the ceiling size impresses a lot. Nice work, keep it up. ️

It is a great venue for marriage and similar functions and it's quite beautiful too. The food is very tasty as well as well catered. And one of the best things I like was the bowls plates they provide you for snacks those were really amazing and very handy specially in such cases of marriages and functions.

Attended the marriage ceremony last month there, it was absolutely magnificent decoration there, starters are also tasty and ventilation is very comfortable.

Worst banquet, no commitment shown by management, cancelled booking after taking 25 percent advance payment & threatened even females. All the staff including owner behave like goons. Don't book for important functions which has specific date commitment like marriage

An amazing property and they serve good food too. The property looks nice, but there is no facility of water in the washrooms. I had been there for a wedding and the water was not there in the taps, they had kept a house keeping person with a water bucket to facilitate the people.

Hosted my cousins wedding and Sangeet and both were very well organized. Beautiful interiors, good food and great service. The management went out of their way to help us with some last minute requests. All our guests really appreciated the functions at Atlantis.

The management and staff goes out of the way to ensure the event hosted is a once in a lifetime experience. Right from the hassle free bookings, the seating, the cutlery or the comfort of the guests there is an unmatched attention to detail. We hosted engagement of our cousin and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Though the property is in the interior but anyway its a blessing in disguise, sabes from the chaia of the main road traffic.

BEWARE
At the time of booking the staff will be polite and welcoming. They'll make FAKE promises to you and demand 100 % payment before one day of your function or else the staff will harass you on your function day by demanding /settling the A/c then & there only. They didn't allow the clients to arrange events through third party event companies, they have a tie up with some low standard event co.and force clients to manage with the same as the banquet commission is fixed which is not justified.
If you still want to book the venue, KINDLY GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTEN FOR A HASSLE FREE EVENT.

. I booked for my brother's wedding n what a wonderful experience. All the guest were so happy. Thank u so much
