I placed an order for a dress and made the payment through UPI, however, I never received any confirmation email/ sms or the product. I have tried to contact on the customer service number provided on the website as well, but to no avail as the number is switched off and no messages go through. After making these efforts, I have realised that I have been scammed and it shocks me as to how much they are marketing their websites and products on all socials. Extremely frustrated with the experience!

Update: I received the order. The packaging was nice too b the product had defects so I sent an email for return. As per their return policy, you are supposed to intimate them within 15 days, i intimated within less than 3 days and yet I haven’t heard back from them for resolution of the issue. I don’t need the dress as it doesn’t look anything like on the model. Would still like to hear from you soon.

Amazing products, but dear god the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I've spent a month and a half trying to get a product returned, and even after contacting them on email, WhatsApp and phone call, I have yet to get it returned. As much as I loved the actual product, I won't be shopping here again
