Very upsetting service am extremely disappointed after paying 4,000rupees for 60 minutes for couple I got the service for only 47 minutes I made sure to see the timing as they start as I usually go for massage in different countries as I know they don’t complete their timing
These people didn’t only did it for less timing But also, the service was pathetic. It felt like some ant was touching me. I kept telling her to please focus on my feet as it’s paining a lot due to walking, but she didn’t listen. She was not at all professional. This is so upsetting waste of money and waste of time. I also got very happy after looking at the reviews that they are so good, but frankly speaking, they are not even after having a business for 10 years they should know professionalism, but sadly they Aren’t

The masseuse Peter is skilled to give a relaxing experience if you go for a Belamise Massage option. She does hear your pain areas and massages appropriately.
However, the rooms were filled with a damp smell, the showers were not working well, the receptionist was way too casual. Overall Place rating 3/10

Very well experienced therapist, a very refreshing massage. Over all ambience is very comfortable. Worth the massage on a stressful day or on a relaxed one.

It's very good therapy to relax with your whole stress. Very nice, I wud like to suggest all of you must visit once.

The place is very run down. The towels and beds are old. Also, the beds are not massage beds, as they do not have space for face.

Most crucially, there are mice running around the place.

I would like to suggest the spa management to take the necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards of their facility, and to provide better quality amenities to their clients. Rooms are very nice and spacious but don't take any prior appointments as well as you will be treated the same as the walk-in. But the owner Precilla ma'am is very nice and polite.
