I had very bad experience with this samsung service center. The timings are not updated. On sunday service center is not open till 1 PM.

V bad experience SAKSHI ki aap jitni burai kro kam h but Rakesh and Priyanka good 2 AUG 2023 ko screen replace ko phone diya tha 26 sep 2023 ko phone return diya. In logo se screen card remove ni hua 2 months me.wo mene 15 to 20 mints me remove Kr diya na Jane konsa rocket science tha jo SAMSUNG wale ni kar paye. Sakshi is V rude she doesn’t know hoW to speak with customers. Keep busy PC

If I knew customer service is so bad I wouldn't have bought samsung phone like ever.
The phone is having software issue in just half year and they asking for huge amount of money for repairing

I have samsung tablet which was not working and I took to dee vee samsung store and they accept my tablet to rapaire but after 2 days they informed this cannot be repair. Then I took my tablet to rohini samsung store and they inform this can be repaire and cost would be Rs. 9500 and I agreed but later few day they called me and infored the cost more now. They informed me it would be Rs. 16000. I said dont repair and I took my tablet back and gave to local repair person. They repaird my tablet and its last 18 month my tablet is working very fine and they only charge 7300 rupeed.

Service of Adarsh ​​Nagar Authorized Service Center is very bad here charger dead since 4 days only data got corrupted which I asked to change it didn't change

Be kind to me and within 2 hour my tab iusse fixed but address and loction which available on site is not correct.shop is shifted adarsh nagar matro station gate no 1 but the location was looking old

Very poor and bad service, i think they should hire some another staff they dont know how to deal with the customer.customer relationship is zero all are fraudsters they dont gave uhh solution they will demand for money.

Worst experience of samsung care they changed my phone’s display and replaced it with a faulty one and asked for motherboards replacement

There can be improvement in co ordination among service centers. On my visit I saw a client complain about inavailabilty of a part. He was asked to visit a different service center. However, no one cared to check if the missing part would be available at the recommended service centre.

The attitude of the staff present was professional. However, the service engineer was absent or running late. I visited the office around 12pm.

I recommed to call and enquire before visting in person.
